Answer: It would be best to do your hot wraps at the beginning and end of your PE workouts. There's no need to use them in the middle of your workouts unless you're doing hanging or some other time-intensive routine.
Question: usir u mention in ur note that if ur jelquing 10 to 20 minutes u ll see gud result in 2 weeks but i cant nobody can achieve in 1 r 2 weeks than how can u say this
Answer: In order to see progress, you have to force progress. Jelqing for a set time likely won't cut it- you'll need to be more precise. Count reps instead and try to increase your reps and/or intensity every workout. You should see measureable results within a few weeks.
Question: hey al.. i want to know is it possible or do u recommend to do PE like 10 or 15 mins after intense intercourse with ur partner??
Answer: As long as you can get the required degree of erection (and approval from your partner so soon after intercourse :)), there shouldn't be a problem.
Question: Hey Al, I just started doing PE and the routine I have been doing for about a week now is 10 min warm up, 200 jelqs, oriental massage, 50- 5sec kegels, and 20 super kegels, then the cool down. Is this a good routine to be following at the beginning and when should I start to change the program? Thank you.
Answer: How many days per week have you worked up to? Are you doing 1 or 2 jelq sessions daily?

Answer: It may take a couple of years of hard work at that rate. What routine did you use? Have you experienced any plateaus in your training?

I dont men doin two full sessions just one specific exercise during one part of the day and a different exercise later in the day. Is it okay to do girth in the morning/afternoon and length exercises in the evening/night?
Answer: Contrary to what you've read, doing PE 2 or more times is perfectly fine. There are some advanced routines like "Mini-Sessions" and "Shocking Techniques" that require you to do short, intense sessions.
Question: Hey I seen some guys who do 400 jelqs every day! This one guy gained 3 inches in 6 months!!I have been wearing the jesk extender and jelqing about 200 times per day. I have been doing this for 6 months now and I have only gained like 3/4 of an inch?! What the heck am I doing wrong? That device kinda hurts after an hour or two so I just throw it on a few times every day for an hour or two.
Answer: Why don't you do other manual exercises besides the jelq? Penis enlargement has come a long way since the standard "jelq and kegels" routine.

Question: How can i produce more semen when i come?
Answer: A couple of things that I recommend for impressive loads: Lecithin- it can be bought at any nutritional outlet or drug store. This will noticeably increase the volume of your semen. The secong thing is, of course, abstinence. The longer you wait between shooting loads, the larger the loads will be :)
There are some hormonal substances (such as Clomid- the drug of choice reputably used by Peter North) that can increase the volume of your ejaculate dramatically... but I won't go into that for obvious reasons.
Question: i have just started the excercise program but one problem i am having is to not become fully erect whilst doing the excercise. Will this affect the effect and gains from the excercise?? and how do i prevent it from occuring???
Answer: You can try ejaculating about 15 minutes prior to your exercises so that you won't be as prone to ejaculating. You can also try doing your length work first. Stretching temporarily exhausts the penile tissues, so doing girth work immediately after length work will not stimulate erections as easily.
Question: When i asked if it was possible to enlarge your penis using a ring device, i meant an adjustable "cock ring"...if i use this ring over a period of time, will my penis enlarge over time due to the fuller engorgement??
Answer: It may, but not to the degree that you'd enlarge using PE exercises. You would have to achieve a rock-hard erection and maintain it for 15-30 minutes or so.
Question: Can you increase the size of your penis by using a ring device for your penis?
Answer: Used in conjunction with penis enlargement exercises, ring devices like the PELOOP may help speed gains.
