Question: I am having a continuous problem lately. I can get rock hard and have a full erection no-problem when im alone, but with my gf it seems my erections are much weaker and not at their fullest potential, and my overall sexual function is worse with my gf then it is when im alone, and i really dont understand what is wrong. I practice penile enlargement and strengthning techniques regularily and seem to be in good shape. Can you please help me?
Answer: Your problem is most likely psychological. Psychological ED is the most comon form of impotence, and it affects almost all men at one time of another. Basically, you know that your penis is capable of functioning, but you have anxiety issues when you're with your partner. Increasing focus on the anxiety makes the situation worse, which leads to more apprehension for the next sexual encounter. It's a vicious circle of sorts, but entirely treatable. Question: Will working out at the gym 3-4 times a week interfere with acheiving PE gains? Is this putting too much stress on the healing process of my body?
Answer: No- as long as you don'r overtrain. Any damage done to the penis from PE is miniscule and would require a very small amount of the body's resources for recuperation.

Question: Is it possible to LOSE some girth while performing lengthning exercises? And what is recommended for optimum results; girth exercises AFTER length or vice versa?
Answer: No- stretchies will actually add a little bit of girth due to the stretching of the tunica. Do your stretches after your girth work. That way, your penis won't be too exhausted to squeeze after your stretching sessions.

Question: I have seen gains from about 6.8 nbpel to 7.1 npbel and 5.0 eg to 5.35 eg, which all seems fine and dandy. But the problem is that my degree of erection seems to be getting lower and lower. It started at about the 3 o'clock position (straight out, which was totally fine) but now it's more like 4 o'clock! what's wrong and what can I do about it?
Answer: Your penis is getting bigger and heavier, so you're going to have to expect some changes. Keeping up with your stamina work will keep all of your basal penile ligaments strong.

Answer: Semen and sperm are two different things. You won't know if you have a low sperm count unless you get it checked. Semen volume can be increase by consuming lecithin and by taking supplements like Semenax.

Question: Is it possible to cause a controlled priapism? Like, no viagra or any pills. I've been wearing this leather strap all day. It lets in some blood end lets the rest get out slowly. I ask because I favor the look of the priapismed members (floppy and huge, instead of hard and huge). I'm alos black, but VERY mixed... so I haven't had priapism from sickle-cell anemia and I don't see it being likely in my future. Many priapisms over time enlarge the member and lower erectile quality, am I correct?
Answer: You don't want priapism. Priapism is defined as UNcontrollable persistent erections lasting several hours or more. What happens is that the blood in the penis coagulates, requiring ice-cold enemas and using syringes to drain the blood from the penis. Question: i kno this is a weird question but lateley i have been getting ringworms, i use a cream to get them off but the always come back. what can i do??
Answer: You'll need to get a prescription antifungal or some oral griseofulvin. Ringworm can get out of control if not treated properly.

Question: Last night was the first time I did my PE workout at night and not early in the morning. I noticed that I could get a much better stretch than in the morning. The stretch was so much better than in the morning that I was afraid I was going to pull something. Do you guys recommend a specific time in the day to work out or it doesn't matter? Thanks.
Answer: PE is a very individual thing. If you're getting a better stretch in the evenings, then I suggest that you continue to work out in the evenings to maximize your gains.

Question: Some people say that you should focus on length first and girth can come later. Is it a better idea to do that? Do you gain better because your only focusing on stretching and gaining length?
Answer: Who says that? You can train for both in one session. It's usually best to do your girth work before your length work. Intense stretching can tire out the penis making a proper semi erection immediately afterwards difficult for girth work. Don't forget your stamina work and cool downs afterwards to drive blood into the penis. This will speed recovery and keep the tissues "pumped".

Answer: Milking is the same thing as jelqing. To avoid catching hairs, I suggest trimming them a bit. To avoid catching skin, you should pull back on the base of your penis using your non-jelqing hand while you jelq with your free hand. Using a good amonut of thick lube will also help. The squeeze affects the penis from just above the base to just behind the head. Multidirectional stretching or hanging will thicken the base (as will jelqs done in a "reverse" fashion), while "mini-jelqs" and "ULIs" will take care of the head. I would suggest starting on these additional exercises when you start seeing some unevenness.

Question: I have been doing PE for about a year and 2 months and I had never taken a break from the 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off until las week where I rested for about 5 days. My erections and size in general seem to have improved with this break. I would like how often you recommend a break from PE?. Thanks.
Answer: I would recommend taking 1 week off every 4-6 weeks. Even with the best recuperative abilities, the microtrauma to your penis from all of that stretching and pulling will eventually catch up to you.

Answer: You can't spot reduce the fat from your legs, but you can focus on weight training to give your legs more muscle. If you want to lose fat, cut back on the sugars, starches and fats, and increase your fat burning/aerobic activity.

Question: This question is for anyone that uses the ProExtender. I seem to have lots of pain when I use it which I gather is not right. I don't have the pain right away but after about an hour or so it gets very painful. My head gets very swollen in the skin and it is all red and painful and the skin almost bubbles. It would seem that the strap that holds it in place is causing this. I also am using the foam piece which helps but not much. I have a rather large head and I am not sure if that is the cause of this or not. I just can't see any way in hell that I could wear this 12 hours a day without my dick falling off. I have been using it now for about 3 weeks but can't wear it any longer than an hour at a time. One question is where does the penis head actually sit on the white piece on the end. I have the 2 long bars in and I have to really pull the head to get it to go past the strap down. When it is sitting in place, the head is really being pulled and smashed by the strap. I am thinking that I am using too long of bars for starting. It seems that if I use the 1 long and 1 short piece that is it too short and I have to expand the rings all the way and there is very little pressure. So I am not sure what the correct fit is. I check the web site and videos and it looks like the head is past the end white piece w/o any pulling or smashing of the head. But when I have this, I feel like there is very little pulling and the 4 notches used to measure the pressure are always at 4. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.
Answer: You should check out the instructions and diagram listed HERE. It sounds as if you're wearing the loop to tight and/or using too many rod sections. The stretch should be mild. You also need to take periodic breaks every few minutes to massage blood back into the penis. ANY stretching device will cause some degree of circulation loss if worn long enough.

Question: Hi, there. The site is an excellent manual. I’ve not yet begun with a routine, cause I’m still studying the site. However, I’ve some questions for you 1.) Kegels and Super Kegels: should be done every day? 2.) is it also useful to do kegels during peeing 2.a) Towel raises: it is suggested to start with 20 and work up to 100 reps. how much reps is it recommended to add per session and how much per week? 2.b) After how much time is it recommended doing the advanced technique for Towel Raises (holding the towel for 10 – 20 secs)? 3.) Testicle massage includes 6 exercises. Should be done all of them by a beginner? Or is it any of them for more advanced PEers? And if yes, is it better to do all the exercises in a raw or to do other in the morning and other in the evening? 4.) Last, but most important! Which routine is more suitable for a beginner. I’ve found two different routines and I’m a little confused. They are both recommended for beginners.
