Question: i read some article on gaining a full erection then pulling it down toward the floor to stetch the tissue form the pubic bone...its supposed to get you longer pretty fast but im wondering if it is as good as the 50 percent erect stretch and if it is safe
Answer: Erect stretches done HARD are not safe. Doing them with cntrol would yield results, but you'll get a better stretch in your ligs if your penis were flaccid.

Answer: Excess body fat will affect your non-bone pressed length because excess fat accumulates atop the pubis. It's accepted that for every 20-30 pounds of excess fat that you lose, you can add one inch to your non-bone pressed length measurement!

Question: I have just stared using my Size Genetics extender and like it a lot really easy instructions to follow if you read it over a few times.. The main question I have is I have just started my 6th day with it, but want to know if doing the jelking exercises while doing the Size Genetics extender program will hurt or damage my creative organ and ,or stop or hinder growth of my creative organ, aka, penis. :]
Answer: I would suggest doing your jelqing separate from your extender work- preferably before. That way, you'll get more out of it since your penis won't be exhausted from the stretching. You might also want to try the extender routine outlined here: http://www.peforum.net/htm/devices.htm .

Question: I have recently started going back to the gym (2 weeks now going 5 days a week) and OMG how frustrating it is to hit the bench where I used to hit sets with 315 and only be able to max 225 ONCE! For crying out loud thats only my body weight. I know I'll get back into form soon, and I'm already beginning to feel that heightened energy level and an excitement about going to the gym rather than dread. But what a long road I'm looking down. Has anyone else ever been in shape, lost it and had to rebuild from nothing? How did you go about it?
Answer: That happens to most everyone that seriously works out from time to time. It's a part of life. Just know that it'll take you a lot less time to get back to where you were than it took to get there in the first place.

Answer: They're very likely bruises. How long have you had them? How large are they? Hot wrapping and massage will usually alleviate them.

More details here: This book is designed to help you improve all aspects of penile functioning as well as enlargement tips. The kegel is an excellent exercise in resolving impotence if you suffer from slight venous leaks. However, more serious cases of physical impotency will probably require medical assistance. Modern medicine has come up with many wonderful advancements in this field. Solutions to physical impotence may range from simple solutions such as Yohimbine supplements (considered an aphrodisiac as well as an impotence aid), to injections and implants for the more severe cases. By far, the biggest cause of impotence today is psychological impotence. This usually stems from simple performance anxiety and insecurity issues. Almost every man at some point or another suffers from this on at least one occasion. One simple way to determine if you suffer from psychological as opposed to physical impotence is if you have a “morning hard-on.” If you wake up in the morning with an erection, everything is most likely in physical working order. Another simple test is the stamp test. Before going to bed, take an ordinary roll of postage stamps and, moistening them, wrap them around your unerect penis. Upon awakening, if everything is in physical working order, the stamps will be separated as a result of the natural penile tumescence cycle which occurs in all physically healthy men as they sleep. Spend some time with your lover in sexual activities that don't bring on anxiety. Learn to enjoy what you're feeling at the moment. Realize that your penis WANTS to get hard; all you have to do is relax a little. Approach love making in a relaxed manner; after all, you're not there to do a job, simply to enjoy yourself and your partner. Realize that your lover will understand; and if they don't, maybe you shouldn't be with that person anyway. If these exercises do not help to resolve your psychological impotence, some professional counseling would be advisable to conquer what is probably a deeper issue.

Answer: Arnica and Butcher's Broom is for healing- especially where bruising is concerned. Calendula is good for skin problems and minor wounds. ALWAYS do your homework before visiting a nutrition store. Don't be surprised if a salesperson leads you to a more expensive, less effective product. Question: I have been doing PE for about a year and have gotten good results in both erect length and girth. My flacid girth and length have not increased as much. I have been doing the sit down stretch for about 30 min in two sets of 15 min 3 days on and one off, 2 days on and one day off, same days as I do the rest of my workout. What other excercise is good for for improving flacid stats?
Answer: Have you tried streching for reps instead of going by the clock? Fifteen minutes is a very long time to keep your penis under tension. By utilizing brief, intense stretches, you should be able to make even more gains. By the way, "flaccid" gains are a precursor to erect gains, and they are not mutually exclusive.

Question: I started doing the PNF stretch about a month ago combined with increased intesity on the other stretches. I have gone form 7" to a little bit under 7.5" in EL. The change in the way I have been doing the workout has made a big difference. Thanks a lot.

Question: Hello Al; great site! I've just begun - I see that you recommend warm-up, jelqs, OM and stamina work then cool down for beginners. The page says to do (each) exercise for 3 days work up to 4 days after a week or two and then 5 days a week. Does this mean that one has to do all the above exercises in one sessions 3 times a week when beginning? Should stamina work be done straight after jelquing or OM or shoud it be done by itself at a different time of day. I found beginners site good for explaining individual exercises but not clear on incorporating them altogether in a beginners routine. Also, I have foreskin and hold it back at the base when jelquing; do I also have to roll it back under the head ofmy penis? Thanks for your help

"Should stamina work be done straight after jelquing or OM or shoud it be done by itself at a different time of day." Either way is fine, but it's a little better to do your stamina work immediately after your OMs so that you push nutrient-rich blood into the penis. " Your workout sequence should look like this: warm up, jelqs, OMs, stamina work, then cool downs. "Also, I have foreskin and hold it back at the base when jelquing; do I also have to roll it back under the head ofmy penis?" Yes, your foreskin should be completely retracted.

Question: My scrotum doesn't hang as muc as i seen in the videos is that normal, is there a way i can make it hang like that?
Answer: Pull the scrotum itself. Use common sense in applying tension to that area- and do NOT pull your testes along with your scrotum! Most men's scrotums tend to stretch naturally as they age. What's going to happen when you get older? You may have them hanging lower than you'd like :/

Answer: The best program for you to get on considering the fact that you're a novice with limited time would be a modified beginner's routine in which you do your jelqing in the morning and your Oriental Massages in the evenings. You shouldn't be embarrassed, though. At 6.5", you're actually above average in penis size.

Question: ok, now that I've purchased and read just about everything. And I'm just getting started. I noticed that I have a vein that goes up and around my penis, and is towards to bottom on the left side. I've seen porn stars have this too. But when I'm jelqing it starts to hurt there. I don't know if its the vein or under the vein. I thinks it's the vein. I noticed it only hurts when I use my right hand because that's where my thumb and pointer finger meet. Could it be a Thrombosed Vein, or am I over doing it? I'm only at 150rep 2days on one day off.
Answer: You're probably tugging too hard or catching skin. Ease up on the pressure and use lots of lube. Concentrate on developing a perfect jelq stroke using moderate pressure- it last should last about 3 seconds and the head should be very engorged at the end of the stroke. As a beginner you should start with about 50 strokes or so. You should NOT push yourself to the point of any pain! It's a thrombosed vein only it it appears distorted- especially after the workout. A thrombosed vein usually hurts, too. Hope this helps!

Question: I just recently changed my routine for both length and girth by increasing intensity. I presently do PE 3 days on 1 off, 2 on and 1 off. Should I do PE every other day or should I keep it the way it is now?. Thanks,
