Answer: The nicotine in cigarettes acts as a vasoconstrictor- that means it
constricts your blood vessels. That's exactly the opposite of what you need
if you desire a properly functioning penis.
Being noncircumcised will not affect your growth. Uncircumcised men just
need to perform some of their exercises differently (i.e.- pulling back
their foreskin and using lots of lube).
You do not need to have sex for your penis to grow (although sex is an
excellent way to keep your genitals in shape). If you want to improve your
stamina without a partner, I suggest doing the "Stop and Start" exercise outlined HERE.
Question: I have just started - what will be the best starting exercises.
Answer: Your best bet would be to follow the beginner's routin as outlined HERE.
Question: I started the beginners PE program. I warm up for 10 minutes with a heating pad, then semi erect i jelq 100 reps 2 to 3 seconds apart with good pressure, then i slap the penis 50 times, then i put my fingers on mt taint and while holding the pressure i pull the penis straight out 9 times, then left 9 times, then right& then down 9 times. then semi erect i do 9 one handed milks with good pressure (good pressure is lots of swell but no pain)then fully erect i crank the penis 9 times in a circle one direction then 9 times the other direction, and for the last i pull the penis straight out, while holding the pressure i touch it to the inside of my leg 9 times, then i repeat to the other leg 9 times. now i cool down with a heating pad for 10 minutes. My question to you big Al is why am i having a hard time getting an erection other then exercising? if i go to have sex with my girlfriend its harder for me to obtain an erection and i ejaculate faster. Also my penis appears to be smaller!! I am also taking virility penis pills with the program. Why does my penis appear smaller and why am i having a hard time with getting erect? Thx, phil...
Answer: I think it's very possible that you could be overtraining. The numbers that you mentioned are the upper limit beginner's goals. Try scaling back on the volume until things return to normal. Also, you didn't mention any auxiliary stamina work. Are you doing kegels, Stop and Starts, or towel raises?

Answer: Big Al: The jelq is a good beginner's exercise. It combines some of the benefits of
squeezes with stretches, although its not as effective as squeezes or
stretches alone. After 4-6 weeks, you'll want to move on to the more
effective advanced exercises outlined HERE.
Question: While doing intense stretches and girth work, should I do 10 sec intense reps or longer ?, How much rest time if any between reps? Thanks
Answer: Ten seconds is fine. Just a second or two is enough rest, but if you feel that you need a little more, it won't hurt you.
Question: hey Al,
ive been doing the jelq method for a couple of months. Ive noticed that i've had gains. Also though i noticed the veins on the left of my shaft have gotten larger but not on the right. Is this normal and should my right veins get larger to?
Answer: Are you jelqing using both hands equally? Sometimes, dominant usage of one hand can cause uneven development.
Question: I have been doing pe for over 11 months and have grown about 2" in length and over .5" inch in girth. I recently have modified my gith workout to include the squeeze and more intense jelqs for girth and have seen good results. As far as length goes I seem to have hit a slump. My present workout consists of 5 min long shlong 20 sec. reps in all directions, 10 min tension stretch up, down and front for 25 sec reps, 5 min of tension stretch front for 25 sec, and fianlly 5 min of long shlong heli. I recently incorporated the pnf stretch and would appreciate any suggestions you might have on how to continue growing in length.
Answer: Way too much! You should approach your length training with intensity in mind. Try doing your stretches with as much intensity as comfortably possible. If you do that, there's no way you'll be able to stretch for 25 minutes. I suggest checking out one of the length routines mentioned HERE.

Question: hello all....i am totally new to all of this. i will be a regular on these boards, and hope there is a lot of support available out there. my first question involves kegels. i understand they are very important to the PE process.
when doing kegels, does the penis have to be in an erect state, semi-erect or can it be flacid? if it can be flacid, when you flex the pc muscle repeatedly should the penis begin to get erect?
i have been doing kegels with a flacid penis. i will flex the pc muscle and hold to 5 seconds and release i dont notice any growth to the penis from blood movement. i have also tried doing kegels in an erect state and i cannot remain completely hard for any more than 2 full kegels. can anybody please help?
Answer: You can do kegels with any degree of penile hardness. Most PE practitioners will tell you that doing your kegels erect will yield the best results. By kegeling erect, not only will you be pushing more blood into your penis, but you'll also be able to see your penis moving up and down- a sure sign that you're performing the exercise correctly. Persistence is the key to making progress. Try squeezing a little harder and/or adding a rep or two per workout. You'll see progress eventually.
Question: Hi have been doing pe excercises for quite awhile now and i have not got any gains. I have been doing them on and off i Have tried many different excercises like the ones from penis health for the last 4 months or so. I have tried the size genetics system with no results.I do not plan on using the device again it is very uncomfortable and inconvienent to were. My question is what excersises do you recomend doing were i will finally get some results and i was thinking about trying the msf pills to. I have spent enough money and it is very frustrating spending all this time doing excercises and not getting any results any advise would be great.
Answer: The first thing that needs to be addressed is the "on and off" part of your regimen. You will NOT make any gains unless you're consistent. Question: I need more info on the tension stretch. How erect should you be while performing it? and how many reps should u start off doing? and how much tension is enough? and also when squeezing are you supposed to bring ur hands together? or just squeeze with one hand at the base and the other below the glans?

Question: In my routine I do girth work first and stretches later. Should I do the PNF stetch at the beginning of my stretch workout or at the end. I tried the PNF stretch yesterday for the first time and it really feels like it works the ligs. Thanks
Answer: No, you should save the PNF until after your girth work as well.

of my testicle was removeed. the docter said my kids will only have one
ball.the thing is, dose this affect the size of my penis? thankx alot.
Answer: It doesn't make sense for your doctor to say that unless you were actually born missing a testis. Then it may be considered a congenital defect. It should not affect the size of your penis unless your testosterone levels drop sharply. If that happens, you can go to an endocrinologist to get supplemental testosterone.
