Question: Hey Al.Your awesome.Again thanks for all the valuable information.I'm just curious does it make a difference if when stretching for length that the penis is flaccid or somewhat erect?-and which is better? And also as it currently stands I have two different PE days-a) my girth day which is I do warm-up,then 150 squeezes,and then 10-15 reps of 1 minute stretches in different directions,followed by cool down.Then on my length day b) I do about 300-500 jelqs and then 10-15 reps of 1 minute stretches in all directions,followed by cool down. Now I'm getting good girth results,and ok length results.Is this too much and if so how much should I do to enhance my potential.And should I replace my stretches with Tension Stretches instead to increase gains? Answer: Unless otherwise indicated, perform all of your stretches while your penis is flaccid.
It sounds like you're following a very high volume routine. Are you performing each of your reps with intensity?
You can switch stretches when your current exercise ceases to give you gains.
Question: hey big al, u told me to give more detail about my current workout. I'm doing about 60 squeezes then about 100 plus jelq for girth then i start the length exercise with the pressured shlong where u use a reverse grip and stretch w/ one hand and use the other hand to put pressure up and down the stretch. and then finish off with tension stretch. the workout is about 45 mins. I now have been tryin to add a little each workout..but if i continue to do so i'll be PE for up to 1HR. is this too much PE. Now can u custom design a workout plan for me.. for girth and the best for lenght. please tell me how long i should workout. also shoud i just do squeeze for girth? and tell me how much rep to start off with i'm already doin 6 sets of 10 rep.. is squeeze enough for girth..and whats the best lenght.. is it best to do the lenght work at maybe 30-40% erect instead of completely flacid.. on the video the example looks as if the model is at a semi erect to do the stretches..anyway jelq doesnt seem all that beneficial. so please give me a detail workout schedule to follow.. u told me the lenght/girth & jelq free routine worked for u.. but could u be specific of wat girth and wat lenght to do exactly... thanx and sorry for such a lenghty mail.. just that its been about 5 mo. now and not that much of result yet and i'm getting restless.. and i dont wanna give up.. so help! thank you. last contacted dec.4
Answer: The squeezes will take no more than 10 minutes, and 100 jelqs a little more than 5. To maximize your workout efficiency, try dropping the jelq.
Even with warm ups, cool downs, PC work and stretching, your workout shouldn't come too close to 45 minutes. Just doing 20 reps of the "Tension Stretch" would wear out most men, and that would only take about 4 minutes (counting a second or so between reps). How much time do you spend stretching?
Question: Hey again.If I want to do something for the penis head(like Jelq and hold or Uli#3's) does this take the place of the regular Jelqs exercise for that particular day? Thanks.
Answer: No- you do them in addition to your other girth work.

OK,I think I may have misworded one of my last questions.I meant taking NO with my Vigrx in the PE program as a whole.Now,as it stands I'm currently taking Vigrx(2 weeks now) 15 minutes before my PE workout- so should I spread out taking NO at another time during the day or at the same time as the Vigrx? And which would be better for maximum blood distribution? Thanks again.

Try adding a little NO WITH your VigRx. The synergistic effects of both of those supplements should work nicely.

Question: I've been doing PE for about 7 months, and because of time constraints, now I'm only doing stretching routines. For girth, I'm only doing about 5 squeezes and 50 jelqs as part of my warm up. I got this idea from comments on the message boards. After I finish doing all of the stretching routines or if I get bored, I will focus on girth work. What do you think of this strategy?
Answer: I would drop the jelqs and focus solely on the squeezes for girth. Why don't you try spreading your workout out throughout the day as described in the "Mini-Sessions" section of the member's area. You'll be able to get a full workout done even with a full workload.

Hand over hand refers to getting the second stroking hand in place at the base as your finishing the stroke with your first hand. The hand over hand would probably give slightly better results since the tension is more constant. Take the supplements 15-30 minutes prior to your routine. I suggest adding one supplement at a time. taking all of that without havng built up some sort of tolerance may end up hurting you.
Question: This is probably a retarded question.. How do PC flexes increase stanima? ive been doing a lot of them and havent yet noticed an increase in stamina yet. Are you supposed to flex your pc muscle during sex?

Question: hey big al i contacted u previously and u told me to try some of the newer routine as outlined. u said the old routine concentrated on the time rather then the reps. i checked it out but there r more than one routine there. Answer: You'll have to go to the "Penile Fitness Guide" for the updated routines that I was talking about.
Please see the "length/girth" and "jelq-free" routine. The routines that I followed were like that.
I would need more details about the routine that you followed in order to give you a more thorough outline of what to do.
Question: If I am replacing the OM with side-to-sides, and restarting the whole program in general, how many side-to-side sets and reps should I do after my jelqing? And about how many side-to-side stretches should I add each session?
Answer: I would suggest starting with 100 to 200 total and increasing each workout by 5-10 reps.
Question: hey big al, i've been PEing for about 4.5 mo. now. i've done as the exercises on the routine lined out exactly. i started with the 7-10 min to 20-25 to 35-40 min beginners routine then i started back to 7-10, 20-25, 35-40 min intermediate routine, then started back to the advance 7-10, 20-25, now doin the 35-40 min advance workout, but havent really seen any significant difference..i'm currentely doin warmup then 1.strecting bloodflow,2.pressured shlong 3.jelq and jelq and hold 4.horizontal movement 5. squeeze 6. power stretch then pc flexes and warmdown. for about 35-40 mins now. u confuse me because the outline routine has the stretches first then the jelq and horizantal afterwards, but u said to do the girth work first then all the stretches..i do it 5 days weekly, but not much gain yet. please!!! help me with a routine that actually work. tell me wat to do onwards from now.. it's going on to 5 mo. now and maybe i may have gain .25 at most and very slight girth i also been takin prosolution pills religously daily before my workout..please give me a step by step program i can follow and the specific mins to do wat and wat exercises and which one to do first.. whether its the girth first then stretch..please i'm devoted on doin it.. i need a step by step program help please! look forward to ur reponse. thank you.
Answer: I would suggest tryinhg the NEW penilefitness routine outlined HERE. The problem with the older routines is that they you focus on doing your reps by the clock as opposed to counting reps. Counting offers a more efficient way of measuring your workout progress- as well as a means of increasing volume more efficiently.
Question: I recently purchased pro solution pills, with the promise of all sorts of advice and help. I have not been able to get any information from the PE forum, and cant get my user activated on it. My question comes down to, on the fmo guide, there are two basic exercises, the jelq and the oriental massage. It is NOT clear on whether I should use just one of these in a workout. I would like to know if you can combine these without risk of injury or if one should be done per workout day. Thank you
Answer: Yes, it's stated that you're to do the warm ups, jelqs, Oriental Massages, stamina work, and cool downs- in that order. After two weeks, you can do this entire rotation twice per day.

First off I just want to say thank you for all the information you've provided me thus far.You are truly awesome.Now, my big question is how exactly do you do jelqs,because I read the explanation from the guide and am confused by when it says something about pulling skin back with one hand as you jelq with the other? What does this mean specifically? Answer: Pulling the skin back is instructed for those members with foreskins or greater than normal amounts of penile skin. If you don't fall into that category, the the hand-over-hand method is the way to go.
Question: I may have already asked something along these lines , but i'm just curious how come in the morepenis.com program they do the stretching ,and then the jelqs or squeezes.Does it really matter ,or will both ways( stretches before or after) yield results? I seem to notice that the penis stays fatter(wider) when doing the stretches first and then the jelqs or squeezes next.Of course I've only done the routine of squeezes first ,then stretches only 1 time,so is it just me or what? I'm still confused.
Answer: Different programs will recomend different routines. I always advise to start your routine with girth work. Intense stretching can exhaust the penile tissues, which would make following it up with girth work difficult. Now, if you have the problem of getting too erect from your girth work, then stretched first would work in your particular case.
Question: Hey big Al.I need your assistance with a couple of other questions .Is also taking a NO product along with vigrx increase potential for better results and if so when would I take in relation to the PE program?Also what about vigrx oil-is this just even more tools to increase gains? And my other major query is what do you think are the best exercises for length and girth,and how much time should I give an exercise before switching it to something else?
Answer: It's been mentioned by other members that NO supplement help give them harder erections. Experiment with different supplements to see which ones work best for YOU.
For girth- Squeezes; for length- Tension Stretches.
You should continue doing an exercise until you get bored of it or until it's no longer effective.

Answer: Yes- that's where you add a few reps and/or intensity each workout so that you force your penis to grow in a controlled manner.
