Question: Hi Al, I am just looking for girth gains. I hear what you're saying about the multi directional stretching and was wondering what other exercises you would recomend for overall girth? I have been doing the squeeze exercise and the top pressure and side pressure but what sort of reps should i be looking at? Also, I am finding it hard to keep hold of my penis to put any real pressure on it whilst stretching..any advice on this matter? many thanks
Answer: Nothing beats squeezes. You have to make sure that you're doing them right- "OK" grip at the base and directly behind the glans, squeeze and simultaneously bring your hands together. You can even try a quick PC flex before squeezing to ensure that your penis has an adequate amount of blood. Shoot for 10, 5 second reps, and increase your reps by 1 each worout. For a better grip on your stretches, you can try using talcum powder or a small towel wrapped around the penis to ensure a better grip.

Question: Q. I did FMO1 for about 3 months following the guide line on the members website. I then moved on to the Length/Girth routine for almost a month now. Soon I will be taking a full week off. All thorughout FMO1 and Length/Girth routine I always followed the repitions, as well as increase intensity in time. Also, I do a good warm up and warm down. I bought a good moist heating pad that really does a good job! I have a question: I've gained about .2 inch in length and girth in about 4 months of doing the above, are these good gains or shouls I see more? Big Al: That's not too bad. Are you measuring bone pressed? Q. 2)Next week I'll be taking a week off. My main objective is to get more length, about 2 inches more length. Question: I've been doing squeezes for one month and I've worked up to 42 reps a day, divided into 2 workouts. My problem is that I haven't measured any gain in girth. During the first 10 squeezes, my penis is thick and vein-y. After I take a break after the first 10, and start again, it's not quite as thick and vein-y. Do I need to be more patient and do more reps? Do you have any idea why this exercise hasn't been very effective for me? Also, there are 2 different techniques for squeezing in the Penile Fitness Guide. One where you squeeze up and down the shaft in three or four different places, and one where you squeeze simultaneously at the base and at the back of the head. Which one is more effective?
Answer: You probably need to be doing less, or breaking your sessions up into 10 rep blocks with more than 15 minutes of rest in between. I would say that the squeeze from base to behind the glans is more intense.

Question: What would you say is the best supplement to take to increase sexual stanima? I would like to have decreased sensitivy in my penis so i could last longer. What would be your best advice for that? Through penile exercise and other procedures.
Answer: MSF will not decrease the sensitivity of the penis but it will give you better stamina and harder erections. Wearing a condom or ejaculating before your anticipated sexual activity will help you last longer.

Answer: The Power Jelq device will help if you want to increase the intensity of your jelqs or if your hand strength/stamina isn't enough for you to get a good workout.

Question: Would it be good to do PC contractions just before or just after PE, because of the blood flow to the area? I like doing my PC contractions at other times of the day, when I'm just sitting around, but if it helps with gains I'd like to know if there is some ideal timing
Answer: For best results, do them after your PE workout.

Question: Hi there, I would like some advice about enlarging the base of my penis. I am currently doing jelqs, kegals, side pressure, top pressure, squeezes and some slaps. Answer: Multidirection hanging and stretching will help increase base girth.

Question: I'm having difficulty fully understanding what is meant by having your penis in a semi-erect state for most of the lengthening excercises stated in your routine guides. What exactly do you mean by semi-erect? Just a small amount of blood in the penis, or something near like a half-erection? The main reason why I ask is if it is the latter I have a difficult time sustaining my penis in a half-erect state for the duration of the exercise. Any and all feedback will be greatly appreciated on my part.
Answer: A half-erection is what is meant. Your penis should definitely have blood in it, but it should still be very flexible.

Question: I have been doing PE for about 7 months now and have grown about 2" erect (7" present length). The problem is that I am that length when I flex the PC muscle. At a relaxed erect state I am a bit shorter. What excercise can I do to improve this.
Answer: Tightening your PC will push more blood to your penis. That's always going to be the case.
