Question: What is this LOT theory you guys are talking about? And Al, if your ligaments are tight now, did you not do kegels back when you were doing PE? Did that help with your length gains because your ligs were looser? If so, I would like to cut out kegels because I don't care as much about hardness as I do about gains right now.

Kegels, Towel Raises and other PE exercises tightened my ligs. They did make them more flexible, too. You'll still need to do kegels to ensure that your penis is fit.
Question: I have a serious problem with my stanima.. ill be lucky if i can seriously go for about 2-3 minutes!!! i dont know how to stop it and im self conscious about it. What could i do to prolong my stamina and also.. When following the split routine.. do u do 5 days on in a row and then 2 days off?

Yes, I noticed an immediate diffrence when taking male enhancement pills. I had also been doing kegels for 2 years prior to starting the program-so penile functioning and hardness was not a problem-I just wanted to gain size.
Which of the advanced routines Would you reccomend that I focus on?

Answer: I would recommend the Jelq Free or the Length/Girth routine. Either routine is intense and should give you results if you're ready for them.

Big Al, I need some help- I faithfully followed the penile fitness program exactly as described for 12 weeks-only missing 1 or 2 sessions during that whole time due to scheduling- however I have not grown at all! My after 12 weeks measurement was the same as day one. I got the swelling near the head as well as the red spots frequently, so I know I was applying enough force. I also have been taking male enhancement pills that help the bloodflow throughout the 12 weeks. What do I do now?-has this ever happened to anyone else? One final fact possibly worth noting is the fact that my body's recovery ability has been proven to be below average-could I be overdoing it and not giving myself enough time to recover and grow? No I didnt take a layoff-a couple weeks I only had time to do PE 4 times per week instead of 5-but there was never more than 2 days between PE sessions. Here is the exact program I followed-(it is the penile fitness: BASIC PENIS ENLARGEMENT (BEGINNERS START HERE)program)
I never skipped the hot wrap warm up or hot bath tub soak afterwords.
1.warm up
2.100 jelqs
3. oriental massage (pulling flaccid and semi erect)
4. kegels
5. hot soak
NO GAINS! HELP!

Question: I am very concerned with my girth. Would it be a good idea to do 200 squeezes for 10 seconds resting every 10 reps or so for noticible gains. 2 days on, one day off? could i do more? Is there anything else i can do cause its depressing. im right around average but these days it seems thats not good enough. I have a new gf and we havent had sex yet and when we do i dont want her to be dissapointed. i would greatly appreciate any help to reach better gains. I have done the jelq for about 4 months and honestly saw no gains, maybe just a little bit veinier but thats it. i have a been a member here for about a year now and have done diff. routines consistantly but also took time off due to frustrations but overall ive gained about half an inch. again i would greatly appreciate any help received about a pretty serious gain in girth. thank you!
Answer: I think that would be way too much! If you're a beginner, 10 five second squeezes are plenty. Add 1-2 reps per session.
Question: I've been doing PE for 4 months. For the first 3 months I Jelqued doing 100 repetitions; and I did the Oriental Massage doing 10 repetitions. I gained 0.35 in girth and my penis looked noticeably thicker. But I've only gained about 0.25 of an inch in length and it doesn't look any longer. I've been following the schedule in the Penile Fitness Guide, so for 2 weeks I tried the advanced Ultra Jelq workout, but I didn't make any gains so I stopped. Then for 2 weeks I tried the advanced Oriental Massage workout, but my penis didn't get any longer; in fact, I think that it got smaller. Also, I got bored with it, so I stopped. I need a new routine, but there aren't any formal ones for the Advanced Specialized Lengthening and Thickening exercises in the Penile Fitness Guide. Do you just do one of those exercises or a combination? Two weeks ago, I started doing squeezes. I feel like I've wasted the last month. Could you give me a new routine and point me towards what's likely to work. I'd prefer to only do one workout a day. It's occuring to me that with these exercises after you do them for a couple of weeks or so, the penis gets use to them and you need to change to something else. Am I right? Thanks.
Answer: You're right about your penis adapting to the workouts. You should move on to the Advanced Routines Section of the Penile Fitness guide.

Question: There are creams on teh market now that you can rub on your penis before sex and its supposed to have a vasodialation effect.. i was wonder if i were to put that on before i did my squeezes would i see better gains faster?
Answer: Not necessarily. The squeeze requires a 50% erection. Doing your squeezes will not only make your squeezes less effective, you'll also increase the likelihood of injury.
Question: Hi , i was wondering how to create a routine , since there are a couple for beginners like the 7-10 min. 20-25 min. and 35-40 min. but i dont know where to start , which one to use and for how long and when to switch .....could u help me create a routine please ......thx

Answer: You should start with the 7 minute routine and move uo to the 25 minute routine after 2 weeks.

Answer: SizeGenetics is based on the Andropenis/JES model of extenders, which are the highest quality around.
Experiment with PSP and MSF to see which one gives you the best results. Each have different formulations.
Question: How long should you do an exercise and not see any gains before you try a different one?
Answer: I would say at least 2 weeks.

Question: Hey Big AL, I have finally understood the LOT theory and now that I know that my LOT is at 6:00 pm or low LOT. Can you please advice what type of excersize I can do to maximize my length and girth of my penis.
Answer: The LOT theory is just that, a theory. I have found that
unless you're using very specialized stretches, basic intense
stretches and squeezes will force growth regardless of your LOT.
My ligs were actually quite loose when I started PEing, and I added
about 2 inches in length in the 3 months or so that I spent PEing.
They're fairly tight now. I don't do any active stretching anymore-
just lots of kegels and stamina work.
