Answer: Your sources are incorrect. Kegels don't do that. Squeezing your testes won't cause testosterone to come out. Have you looked into the possibility of other problems?
Question: I have noticed my erections now vary in size. sometimes they seem alot bigger but not as hard and when they are really hard they are not as thick. It may be from the vigRX I am taking or that my cock is still enlarged from the previous workout, just seems odd.
Answer: Your penis can vary in its hardness due to several factors. fatigue, VigRx, frequency of sexual activity, etc. will have an effect.

Question: Its been about 6 weeks of PE and I still get red spots on occasion. My workout doesn't change but sometimes I get them and other times I don't. I use my tub for warm up and just run warm water over my penis and then shower after PE and they last about 1 day and start to fade, by the 2nd day they are gone. I have read other places that it is just part of doing PE, But I read hear that you should not be getting them after the first few weeks.

Answer: You're going to get spots after an intense workout. As long as the spots stay below pinhead-size then you're OK. In your case, they're going away after a day so you should be fine.

Answer: I suggest performimg the main exercise in the Peyronie's Section of the Penile Fitness Guide. If you feel that your curvature straightening should take proirity, do them before your other exercises.

Answer: For best results, take the pills 15 minutes before PE or sexual activity.

Answer: It's difficult but not impossible to stretch the intervertebral ligaments. Here's an interesting fact- most people are 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch shorter at the end of the day than in the morning.
