Question: Is it mainly just the arginine in the MSF pills that are gonna help me gain faster or is it all really important? cause ive been taking Nitrix oxide supplements which contain high levels of arginine so could i kinda take a break from the MSF pills while im taking My N.O. supplements?
Answer: The ingredients in MSF work synergistically. The extra ingredients do make a difference.
Question: if so what flaccid stretches do you recommend and how should i do it
Answer: Any of the stretches in the advanced length section of the Penile Fitness Guide will work. You'll use rep ranges anywhere between 2 seconds to 30 seconds.
Question: and is Traction stretching similar to manual stretching in ragards to using your hands,
Answer: Traction stretching involves devices. Manual stretches usually give faster results than using devices.
Question: i've never really asked alot of questions but i was hoping you can anser this. what strethces are really good to get a longer flaccid penis
Answer: Short, intense bouts of stretching done throughout the day will give you a quick gain in flaccid hanging, but it'll take awhile for that kind of stretching to produce erect gains. On one length day you can do the short multiple bouts of stretching, and on the next length day, you can do a longer sustained stretching session.
Question: I have recenlty incorporated the bunddled tunica stretch into my routine and have noticed a lot of improvement. I currently wrap only one full turn in each direction, because more feels somewhat uncomfortable. I would like to know if improvement doing this exercise entails wrapping your penis more than one full turn.
Answer: You shouldn't risk doing that. Hard squeezes followed by intense stretches also work the tunica.
Question: How many times would be ideal to use the proextender a week?

Question: sorry this might be a stupid question, but this is my 2nd day and i just want to keep things clear. None of the exercise are to be done during erection right?
Answer: It depends on the exercise. The instructions will tell you which exercises require what degree of erection.
Question: Ok I have a decent sized mole like about 2.5 inches or so to the left of my dick. Is there any way I could buy something from like walgreens and Freeze the mole so it comes off?
Answer: That's probably not going to work. Moles are not warts. You should check to see if you can have the mole excised by a dermatologist.

Question: Would it be ok to do about 25 squeezes 4 times throught the day in between breaks of the pro extender for extra girth? or is that too much? and if i can do that should i 2 days on 1 day off with that routine?
Answer: You can do "mini-sessions" to break your routine up. Just do your girth before using your extender or on the days you don't use it.
Question: Does smoking and taking caffine have a negative effect on your penis gains?
Answer: Smoking and caffeine constricts the blood vessels. That may have an impact on your gains and may cause ED.
Question: Hi Al, I would line to know when doing the sit down stretch for flacid length, What amount of time should I spend on each rep?Also I would like to know if I have been at PE for 4 months, 3 on and 1 off 2 on and 1 off is adequate frequency for workouts or too much?
Answer: There are two different "sit down stretches"- the AC Lengthening Technique and the "Fowfer". Both require that the stretch be timed. If you're gaining and your penis is functioning well, you're training with the right frequency. If you feel sore and/or you're having ED, cut back. If you're not gaining and you don't feel like you're stressing the penis enough, increase the intensity and/or volume.
Question: More a question of strengthening... I am just starting the exercise program. I have been doing kegels but even have trouble flexing the pc muscle for 3 seconds! Is there any great way of doing them? Should I be flaccid or semi-erect? Help!
Answer: You can try flexing the PC below maximum tension levels. An erection provides better visual aid.
Question: I'm in my 5th week of doing PE, and I'm now doing the exercises 5x a week. I do warm up, jelq, oriental massage, pc work, and cool down. My schedule is Sat and Sun on, Mon off, Tues, Wed and Thurs on, and Fri off. Is doing PE on 3 consecutive days ok? or should I take Thurs off?
Answer: You can do pe 5 days straight if you feel up for it.
Question: question for ya--i tried the biker weight thing with a padlock that i had.
it fit pretty perfectly around my head, but after about 10 min of wearing
it, my head was growing cold. that can't be good, eh? how do you know if
you're doing something like that that is potentially dangerous? is it ok
for the head to get cold? how then, to you attach a weight to your penis
w/o suffocating the head?
Answer: It's not OK for the head to get cold. You'll need to use a less binding
rubber band. The rubber band should provide a fairly snug fit, but it
shouldn't cut off circulation at all. That way, you can wear it safely
without having to inspect it every few minutes.
Question: I have been using the Size Genetics system for a few weeks now and have noticed a change. My question is that im about 6" when im in the system or fully eroused. When I take the system off and im limp im about 2". Is this abnormal? It's not even that cold here!!!
Answer: Stretching exhausts the tissues of the penis, so you'll have a shriveled look a little while afterwards. You should follow up your extender work with hot wraps/soaks and massage to get the blood flowing back into the penis and to speed recovery/minimize bruising.
Question: When doing the jelq with two hands, does each stroke count as a repetition or does each stroke of the left and right hands together count as one repetition?
Answer: Each jelq stroke counts as a repetition.
