Question: I have read that it is a good idea to use a good lotion or ointment after a heavy work out. I have heard that Aloe Vera has really good healing properties and I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on a lotion or ointment that has really good healing properties that will help speed the recovery of my penis after each work out. If so, can you name the actual product and where I might be able to find it? I would really appreciate any insight that the community can provide.
Answer: If any damage is being done to the penis, it should be superficial. A good, non-perfumed skin cream should work well. If you injure the penis itself, Arnica cream would work.

Question: I have a question about the scrotum and attached penile shaft skin. The medical term for the phenomenon is "penoscrotal webbing," the casual title is simply "turkey neck." What I'm speaking of is the arching "flap" of skin adjoining the "bottom" of the testicle(s) (as seen descending normally from the body in a standing position) to the bottom of the shaft. My estimate of the problem is insufficient scrotal skin to accomodate the forward movement of the penile skin to which it's attached, therefore creating a "bridge" by which the scrotum accomodates the lack of skin as penile skin moves forward. My personal condition only displays this on one testicle, i.e. the web is created only in the area of the left testicle. The problem, not including the obvious aesthetic eyesore it creates, is that the left testicle is drawn forward slightly farther when fully erect and the testicles are drawn near the body, proving itself a problem when the amount of "insertable penis" during sex is reduced to account for its presence farther up the shaft, as resting lower would require more skin. The question, then, is how one would correct this? I have read details on exercises designed to enlarge the scrotum as a whole, allowing for lower descending testicles, but nothing targeting the area I specified (unless my understanding is wrong). Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Al.
Answer: A technique that you can use would have you grabbing the upper part of the webbing where it attaches to the shaft of the penis and stretching it back towards your body. Start off with a few light stretches and build up intensity and repetitions over time. This exercise works very well and very quickly, so you should notice a diffence within a few weeks.

Question: I'm in my first week on the program. I've only done the Jelq 3 times. I subscribed for a month and want to see around 1" gains so that I'll know if I should resubscribe. I'm not able to access the videos for the standardized fitness routines--the Long Schlong, etc., but I'm able to access the videos for the excercises in the Penile Fitness Guide--the Jelq and the Oriental Massage. Can I have a routine based on the exercises in the Penile Fitness Guide? I don't want to spend more than 15 mins or so a day on this. Thanks.
Answer: You start with the warm up, then you move on to the jelqs. Record the amount of repetitions that you do so that you can try to surpass it for the next workout. Then, you move on o the Oriental Massage. Follow the instructions for it as outlined. After that, you do your PC work and your cool down. Weeks 1-2- Workout 3 days a week Weeks 3-4- Workout 4 days a week- see if you can work in a twice a day workout at least once a week Weeks 5-6- Workout 5 days a week. Do each workout twice a day After that, take one week off and prepare yourself for the intermediate/advanced phase.

Question: Can i get a short description in a nutshell of what i need to do to gain weight and bulk?
Answer: I suggest taking in at least 500 calories more than you need to maintain your weight. You don't want to eliminate cardio altogether, but don't do too much. Stick to the basic compound movements for best results- squats, deadlifts, dips, chins, etc.

Question: i have had a little problem since yesturday and im rly rly scared. i thought maybe u would kno what it is. i was doing supra slammers and then all the blood came out of my penis and it was rly small. i couldnt get an erection again and it was numb. i tryed getting an errection today and still nothing. plez help.
Answer: Hmmm...I can't guess at the severity of the injury, but if you say that there was a lot of blood involved, you should get checked by a doctor AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! In the future, try to use more moderation in your intensity. The goal is to enlarge your penis- not destroy it!

Question: What is the best way to take MSF pills, 3 pills all at once, split throught the day, 2 before 1 after? doesnt say much on how to take the dosage. Thank you very much.
Answer: Take 1-2 pills 15 before your PE workouts and/or before sexual activity. You probably won't need any more than that, but if you feel that you do, wait a few hours after the first dose before dosing again.

Question: Sorry. It's just that I am not supposed to do any form of cardio or aerobics while on this program, which has given me great results so far. Any suggestions? Should I just wait for my program to end(Which is in 6 weeks)?
Answer: Do you want advice or do you want us to tell you what you wish to hear? Your mentality towards your lifting reminds me of when I trained at an mixed martial arts school in Miami that was situated across the street from a Gold's gym. Almost once a week we'd get the hard core bodybuilder type strolling in with lats flared, asking if he could participate in a class. Nine out of ten times, these types were unable to handle their own bodyweight without any agility, and their endurance sucked! They usually performed worse that the average untrained individual, and they tried to make up for their lack of balance and endurance with short bursts of strength (not a wise thing to do against a trained fighter). By the end of the class [those that made it to the end, anyway], these bodybuilder types would leave humbled, with their tails between their legs, and never to be seen again. I've never agreed with the idea of doing nothing but lifting. If you're training for a competition or something, I can understand; but what good is being "big" if you don't have at least a fair amount of cardio condition, endurance, and agility. To each his own, I guess. Well, I've had my rant :) If you still feel that PE will interfere with your regimen, wait until you're done with that particular lifting routine.

Question: I am not supposed to do any other forms of workouts that burn a lot of calories. Should I just wait till I'm on my fat loss diet? Right now I am on a muscle building program for some weight gain, but I want to improve on that other area of my body too.
Answer: Why can't you do any other activity while you lift heavy. A little cardio improve capillary density of the muscles. Just don't run any marathons. I don't see how PE will interfere with your lifting. Even at the advanced levels, PE isn't that strenuous. You'll burn more calories if you walked around the block than you would doing PE

Question: Would intermediate or advanced workouts be the way to go if I want to see more results within a month and some of the exercises arent really shown how to be done. Which ones are the most important out of the advanced routine?
Answer: Intermediate exercises are for clients that have completed the beginner routines. Each exercise in the Penile Fitness Guide has an accompanying video tutorial. I would go with the squeeze for girth and the Tension Stretch for length.

Question: aite unsure about posting here but what the heck basicaly before sex im propa up for it and wanting a good session, but it seems soon as im doin penetrative sex i cum within abt 2minutes or less oral im fine lasts a while, ive tryd doin the stop and start stuff to by me time,but just seems to build up inside so quick any advice? at the mo im resulting to oral until i cum having a break and then sex
Answer: Keep at it and try to make an effort to delay ejaculating as long as possible. You will eventually get your threshold up. The "Stop and Start" isn't an exercise you're going to see instant results from- as a matter of fact, NO exercise is going to yield instant results.

Answer: Big Al: Mini sessions takes the amount of reps you'd normally do in one sitting and spreads them throughout the day. Also, by spreading the reps out, you'll likely be able to do more than you could at one sitting. Total number of mini sessions depends on you, but you should at least stress the penis a bit at each session. Try to stick with a routine for at least 4-6 weeks. You should change the exercises when you no longer receive any benefit from them (plateau).

Question: Hey guys, quick question. Is there any adverse effect on growth if one does stretching AFTER the other stuff (jelqs, slammers, etc.)? It's convenient to shower after the workout, and that's a good place to stretch. Also, I always get hard and stay hard for the first 20 minutes of the workout, and nothing seems to get it down (don't have to worry about ED I guess. ). So, it would be more convenient to stretch at the end. Just owndering if anyone else has tried this. thx.
Answer: I recommend it :) Stretching BEFORE girth work can be detrimental.Stretching exhausts the penile tissues, which can make performing girth work immediately afterwards difficult. Of course, if you're one of those guys that's gets too erect from jelqing/girth work, stretching before may be just what you need.
