Answer: Pain is not necessary for enlargement. Your goal is to enlarge your penis, not injure it. Performing intense exercises may be uncomfortable but should never be painful.

Answer: Eat your fruit on an empty stomach and wait 15 minutes before eating the cottage cheese. Don't eat too much of it, either unless you're depleted. Fruit is an excellent fuel source, and most fruits are digested immediately when you have an empty stomach.

Answer: For load size- lecithin, eggs, nuts, chocolate, and other foods high in the amino acid L-Arginine. It's been said that pineapple and most other fresh fruits improve seminal flavor; while milk, meat, and beer give it a bitter taste.

Iam a member of your web-site and am at the end of my fourth week doing excersises four days a week(M,T,W,and THRU) next week i will be starting on five days a week.and was planning on doing the basic excersies on (m,t,w,thru,fir) and taking off on saturday and sunday or should i break it up during the week iam seeing a little difference but not much at this point i realize it takes time an am in noo hurryand am increasing the length of time i jelq. I hope iam doing things right if not please give me some advice how i can change my workout routine to gain some length i know i should be paticent. Answer: Try the basic routine at 5 x a week for another 2 weeks or so. Then, take a week off and try out one of the more advanced routines (Length/Girth, Jelq free, etc.)

The Tension Stretch and AC-Stretch are a couple of the best.

Question: I was wondering if one´s height has to do with penis length.
Answer: There is a weak correlation between penis size and height. The penis is a skeletal organ (like the ears and nose), and is not very dependent on height for its size.
Question: I know that arginine..is a key product in seamen...production. I was told to take 2000 mg..daily....and in about 2 wks..I will notice a large increase in my semen volume.? Could you please advise..me on this..Thank you.
Answer: You may notice some change, but if your diet is already high in arginine from eating nuts, chocolate and caffeine, you may not see much difference.
Question: Hi there..How long should be spent while doing the X-tender excercise...for each stretch ie: strectching..straight out...side to side..up and down. Is this a good excercise for length?
Answer: Where is that exercise described? Are you referring to the Extender Device?

Answer: There are several- "R's routine", Viking's, length/girth, and many more. Check out the forum for posts on that subject.
Question: I don't think it's to tight? only when I try and stretch does it turn bulish???
Answer: You should be using just enough tension to keep your penis in place- it shouldn't be so great that it cuts off circulation
Question: How can you get more tension on the device with out the bluing of the penis? I don't have a problem with slipping it is with bluing when I try and stretch it. I'm afraind I gonna hurt myself? any help?????
Answer: Perhaps your loop is on too tight. The stretch that you're lookin to get with the SG device should be mild.

Answer: You'd be hard pressed to find ANY supplement that the FDA has approved of. Read the side of any supplement bottle. You're likely to read something like: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
