Question: Is it too late to get circumsized(I'm 19) and also, I notice the tip of the penis under the foreskin is VERY sensitive. Will this change if I were to get circumsized, or is it just gonna cause me a lot of discomfort? Thanks in advance.
Answer: Big You're never "too old", but you can expect some inconveniences for a few weeks. You'll probably notice a drop in sensitivity, although that's still up for debate. I suggest checking out a few of the top links here: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=adult+circumcision

Question: I read on this site or on MN about using a heavy padlock as a weight for the penis, and that it could be used throughout the entire day. Is there a chance this could cause damage to the penis, or a loss of sensation/function for too long a period of time, or for any reason?
Answer: It could if you don't keep track of any possible restriction in circulation or abrading of the skin. That's why it's necessary to check yourself frequently while wearing an All Day Stretcher.

Question: My question is pretty straightforward: does exercise and the subsequent development of muscles, particularly the abdominals, effect--in absolute terms, merely visible or perceptual--size of the erect penis?
Answer: It shouldn't. I can't imagine developing the abs to a point to where it'll interfere with your size. Even the roid-gut bodybuilders appear pretty lean in the lower ab region.

Question: What if some body like 16 17 18 and 19 year old do the PE would it get bigger faster then people over then 20?
Answer: The routines aren't recommended for anyone under 18. I've received reports from men in their 70's that have made fantastic gains. While a younger man may possibly experience better gains because of the resiliency of his tissues, an older man will usually have more discipline and will see more of a difference due to the disuse that most men suffer as they age.

Question: I was wondering what you guys' opinions were for working out chest and back everyday. I'm usually alternating chest/back and arms/legs but I seem to have a reached a deadend in terms of my bench press. I really need suggestions on how to increase strength (and more importantly, pec size). I'm pretty sure I'm NOT overworking this muscle group, considering I've been lifting for a while now. Also, I bought some microwavable lean brisket stuff for sandwiches, got some protein in it, didn't know if it is still good for me. Thanks a lot.
Answer: No insult intended, but you really need to educate yourself about working out! When do you plan on giving your chest and back a chance to heal and supercompensate from the workouts? Regardless of the fact that you may have been lifting for awhile, you need to learn about recuperation. Think about the majority of men that you see in the gym year after year- making virtually no progress! It's not for lack of trying- it's ignorance that's holding them back! You should also educate yourself on dieting. I don't see anything wrong with the occasional lean brisket lunchmeat, but if it's the mainstay of your diet, it needs a lot of work!

Question: I have been trying out your penile exercises for about a week and a half > now. However, just today, there was some blood in my semen. Am I not > supposed to masterbate after I do the workouts? This concerns me a > little and I want to know immidiately on what I should/shouldn\'t do.
Answer: The bleeding is likely caused by a urethral tear. this occurs when you use too much intensity while jelqing or stretching. It usually takes several days to fully heal, during which you shouldn't PE. It's perfectly fine for you to masturbate after your workouts.

Question: is it pointless to stretch in all directions? i always read about stretching out, up, and down...does it make a difference to hit those other angles like down/left, down/right and up/left, up/right?
Answer: Stretch downwards and slightly back (from standing) a majority of the time since that's the most intense way of stretching. Do multidirectional stretching to hit the ancillary ligs and to add some variety to your routine. Multidirectional stretching also helps develop base girth.

Question: I just received the ProSolution pills in the mail two days ago. I have a question about the workout to go with it. On the Men's Network instructions for the workout routine, it is recommended that a person use one of the exercises along with the product for 90-120 days. At what point should a beginner move up in the length of workout and to intermediate?
Answer: You should stay on a basic "jelq and stretches" routine for at least 4-6 weeks.

Question: I've been doing PE for about 3 weeks now. I've been doing a 3 on 1 off and a 2 on 1 off. Can someone tell the benifits of doing that over a 1 on 1 off routine.
Answer: If you're ready for more cumulative volume, then a 3 on, 1 off routine will be better for you than a 1 on, 1 off routine.

Question: what exercises would you recommend for girth and for hardness of the penis kegel don't seem to be working or maybe i'm not doing enough. i do about 250 a day.
Answer: I would recommend doing squeezes for girth. Check out the the "Stop and Start" exercise. It's excellent for developing penile stamina.

Question: When you say about 5 mins. of intense jelqing is enough, would you say that would be about 20 to 25 reps? Is this good 5 min. hot wrap 1-30 sec. stretch each direction 1 tension stretch each direction 5 mins. of intense jelqing 5 min. hot wrap every other day for maximum recovery
Answer: Who says that? Where? Five minutes of jelqing would be about 100-150 reps (taking 2-3 secs. per stroke). There are much better routines with the exercises in much better order STARTING HERE.

Question: I've been on the program steadily for about 10 weeks now and haven't noticed any difference in size. The PC workouts have made a difference but nothing else. I hot wrap 10 minutes, stretch about 15 and jelq 20 to 30 mins then end with hot wrap 10 minutes and PC excercise. I do this 3 days on and 1 off. Any suggestions?
Answer: You should be following the routine in the "Penile Fitness Guide". It's a much shorter, more intense routine than the one you've described, and it removes the inaccuracy of going by the clock.

Question: I just recently got the SizeGenetics device and have been using it with PE ... i've been wearing it 4 hours a day and doing pe around 10 min. a day ... I plan on working my way to 8 hours of SG and 30 min of PE. All I wanted to know was whether or not this is dangerous and also if I should be following any kind of schedule in terms of taking month long breaks.
Answer: That sounds like you're planning on doing quite a bit- perhaps a bit too much! Try doing tour SG work one day, and your girth work the next. If you plan on doing your girth work on the same day as your SG work, do your girth work beforehand. Your girth work should not take 30 minutes, nor should it be done more than 2-3 times a week- especially with all the SG work you'll be doing.

Question: for some reason, i don't have a problem cumming when i am masterbating, but when I am having sex, no matter how long i am having sex, i can't seem to cum. is the problem that my skin on my penis is to thick? can this be cured?
Answer: It could be that you're raising the sensory threshold of your penis. A closed fist and a vagina are 2 different sensations. Try to avoid masturbating, or if you're going to masturbate, use a very light grip. After a couple of weeks of reduced masturbating and penile reconditioning, your situation should be resolved.

Question: Hi, I have been doing this stuff for a week now with the following routine. 1 DAY ON, 1 DAY OFF 5 mins hot shower 5 mins stretch 5 mins Jelq 5 mins power Jelq 5 mins hot shower This isnt much I know, but after the last session I felt sore and have given myself three days off. I will begin the next session tomorrow and hence have had a total of 4 days off - he feels ok today. The question I ask is: I really like the jelq technique. Is it possible to experience gains by purely jelqing? I would like my routine to be: 5 min hot shower 20 mins jelq 5 mins hot shower Is this ok for a beginner?
Answer: IMO, you need to work for reps (adding a few each workout), and not go by the clock. How can you add small increments of intensity if you're doing the same routine over and over again? You should also incorporate some type of stretching exercise that you can do after your jelqs. Stretching is best for length gains.
