Question: I jelq and stretch over an hour each day, and all I have to show for it are spots and a sore penis! Should I train longer? Add more exercises? PLEASE HELP!
Answer: Besides the warm up, 20 mins. should be enough for a good, intense routine. Though a lot of us wish otherwise, the penis is a relatively small organ compared to say, the thighs or the liver. Each Monday, I totally blast my entire lower body in less than 1 hour. I mean I blast it so hard that I don't need to train it directly for another week! It needs that time to recuperate and GROW! Now, I've stated my opinion on the whole "penile breakdown" theory, and that just further proves my point- I cannot fathom how some of you guys are training your penis for hour after hour EACH day! It's amazing that we're not seeing more injury posts on this forum!

Answer: A little soreness is OK. Start at 3x per week and move up gradually from there. Focus on one good girth exercises, one good length exercises, and one good stamina exercise per workout.

Question: I don't have lots of money to spend on
devices or pills. What would you say is the best and most inexpensive way of enlarging the penis?
Answer: If you're worried about money, then just follow the advice on the board. There are plenty of free routines and information there- more than enough for you to get started on your way to enlargement. What's BEST? Exercises- above anything else. Despite the invention of all sorts of devices and expensive surgery, I'm still of the opinion that nothing beats exercises for convenience and results.

Answer: The use of "cock rings" as a supplement to these exercises may help alleviate erectile dysfunction (ED). The objective of the cock ring in this case is to "train" the penis into staying erect for a longer amount of time. Try to laugh it off. I know it doesn't seem funny, but if you appear not to take the situation too seriously, your GF won't either.
