Question: Was told that when doing jelqing, normal lubricants are to be used. What would happen if soap or shampoo are being use instead?
Answer: Chemicals and perfumes can severely irritate the sensitive skin of the penis. I suggest that you stick to the recommended lubricants.

Question: hello, thanks for the quick response I was just wondering about getting started. Should I jelq and do the oriental massage back to back on the same day or one in the morning and then one exercise in the evening? or jelq one day and massage the next and alternate day after day? Also when is a good time to do the towel exercise? Basically I'm just looking for an exact routine to follow like a workout program for everyday of the week. Answer: You can split the exercises up throughout the day, but you'll want to do it all in one day (including the towel raises). The PF I basic routine is to be done at a limited rep number for a few weeks- certainly no more than the recommended rep settings. The advanced PF II routine gets more specialized. PF II is where you focus on upping the intensity. You'll find outlined details of what to do starting in the PF I section of the member's area.

Question: hey big al ive been using psp and just bought arginine for a month and ive been peing for about 3 weeks right now my erect length is 7.5 sometime 7.75 i wanna get to 9 inches by May do u think this is possible. im 18 i work out 4-5 days a week and have a high protein diet because im a fball player. what would u recommend i do to reach that goal in the next 3 months
Answer: As long as you stick to the routine as recommended, it'll be likely that you'll hit your goals. A lot of men add that "easy inch" the first month. Using those supplements and losing bodyfat will also help to stretch the tape a bit further.

Answer: There shouldn't be any problems. If your PE interferes with your sex life, then cut back on the intensity of your PE.

Answer: That's not what happens. Ejaculation actually increases hormone levels, although abusing your penis will do more harm than good. There is some research that shows that abstaining from ejaculating for up to a week may cause testosterone spikes. You can spike test levels naturally without having to abstain by doing intense exercise.

Question: My question isn't realy about it enlargement. It's about pyronies disease. My penis curves almost 90 degrees to the left when erect. While I have no pain with an erection, sometimes during intercourse it gets irrated on the right side due to all of the friction. Can you recommend a workout plan to help me deal with this.
Answer: Your curve sounds extreme. Peyronie's is characterized by hard plaques along the shaft that deforms the penis. It's possible that your curve is natural, but you should get checked to see if you have Peyronie's, just in case. Question: I believe i worked my way up to 300 jelq reps followed by the oriental massage doing 20 reps for each exersice. I tried to do that 5 times a week. Then i stopped now i want to do the jelq-free routine.
Answer: I think the jelq-free routine would be good idea in your situation. It provides good results for a few weeks. You usually have to rotate the jelq-free with light, high-intensity work to provide maximum penile recuperation.

Question: What is the best way to measure the penis?
Answer: Here's my guide for charting all of your pertinent measurements: Charting Your Progress Length- To measure the length of your penis in the erect state properly, simply take a tape measure and press the end as far back as it will go against your pubic bone on top of your penis (some men prefer to measure from the bottom, but results will be more accurate with measuring from the top.) Run the tape along the curve of your penis all the way to the end of the glans. Record measurement. Measure every 2 weeks. Within the first few months, you will progress rapidly. As with all forms of exercise, progress will start to taper somewhat after this. To keep progressing as stated before, you must keep increasing the intensity of the exercises. For recording purposes, measuring while the penis is erect is the best way of recording progress. Although you will notice a dramatic increase in the size of your penis while it's unerect, unerect lengths vary too much to be an accurate method of gauging progress. Girth- With your penis fully erect, wrap the measuring tape around your penis directly behind the glans. Record your girth progress as you do your length progress. Stamina- Record your kegels and super kegels daily as listed in the kegels and super kegels section of this manual. With your stop and starts, Note how long it takes for you to ejaculate the first time you try this. Try to aim at improving your stamina by at least 3 minutes every time. When you have reached 25-30 minutes without ejaculating, premature ejaculation should no longer be a problem.

Answer: "Better" is a subjective term. What tastes good to one person may taste awful to the next. Semen has alkaloids and ammonia which gives it its characteristic smell. It makes sense that foods high in ammonia (like high protein foods an fermented drinks) and alkaloids (like chocolate, potatoes, tomatoes) will alter the balance. If you really want to clean up the flavor of your semen, you should look into glutamine. Glutamine helps balance the body's pH levels.

Question: I am in my forties and have had testicular cancer twice. I've lost both my testicles. On top of that, my penis is well below average in size--5 1/2 inces erect, but only when I press hard with the ruler against the pubic bone. I tried the beginner's stretching routine faithfully for 3 months but without any results at all. I feel horrible about myself as a man--small penis and no balls! Any suggests as to what I might do? Answer: Medical science has come a long way. If your testosterone levels aren't up to par, your gains will be miniscule if any. With testicular implants and testosterone therapy, you can live as full and as normal a life as you did before.

Question: One question I have is can I have sex on the same day as stretching? and > if so how long do I have to wait before I do after stretching?
Answer: You can have sex as soon as you feel ready to on any day. PE should never interfere with your sex life. If it does, you're overdoing it. Doing your cool down exercises and some PC/BC work after your sessions will ensure that your penis is ready to go-even after a strenuous stretching session.
