Question: Okay, I've been PEing for about a month now, and I've gotten some gains, actually. Not so sure about girth (it looks bigger), but I've gained about a quarter inch. I was just wondering, are there not any potential risks, even with safe PEing? A lot of urologists and doctors seem to be saying that it can cause scar tissue, and because the muscles in the penis are smooth muscles, they wont respond to enlargement. Just wondering, but some medical findings or something might make me a little bit less worried.
Answer: Scar tissue is caused by trauma. The goal of PE is not to cause trauma but to stretch and expand tissues. There may be some microtrauma associated with the penile fascia, but you'd have to incur some regular noticeable damage before you start accumulating scar tissue. I have yet to hear of a trainee causing permanent damage to his penis using sensible training methods. The penis isn't a muscle, but it does react to stress. There is one aspect of PE that is similar to bodybuilding, and that has to do with fascial expansion. As far as enlarging the body of the penis itself, this is more likely caused by expanding the cells of the corpora/corpus as opposed to breaking them down. BTW, you CAN enlarge smooth muscle cells. Here are a few medical references that directly/indirectly deal with PE: Hoznek A, Rahmouni A, Abbou C, Delmas V, Colombel M. The suspensory ligament of the penis: an anatomic and radiologic description. Surg Radiol Anat. 1998;20(6):413-7. PMID: 9932326 [PubMed - indexed for MEDLINE] Alter GJ. Dr. Foster, MD (Physician) You know Al, If you suffer a chronic shoulder dislocation, the reason that it becomes chronic is that the ligaments have been stretched and remain thus forever and ever amen. Therefore: the ligament is stretched and stays that way. I have, on occasion actually made it sore doing (routine info omitted- details in the Members' Area), so the tissue must be stressed. Sent to use by Dr. Foster, MD (Physician) AKA "BoxCar" from Massachusetts

Question: Im a 21 year old young guy, i workout with weights and do cardio at least 4-5 times a week. I only take protein and eat pretty healthy. But i have a question. Is it normal not to have frequent erections as i did when i was in my teens? And would some multivitamins help me out a bit or what? Thanks
Answer: It's common for men to show a decline in erectile power as they age. You can counteract the effects of aging on your erections by following exercises that will strengthen them. You can view a list of those exercises HERE. You can also supplement your diet with MSF for instant erectile improvement.

Question: Two questions on the jelq exercise. > First, I can't seem to keep an erection during the exercise. I think I've > read I'm supposed to keep a 70-80% erection during the exercise. Unless I > stop between each repition and work him back up, he goes limp.
Answer: A 50% erection level is best. You can take a VigRx pill about 15 minutes prior to your PE session. That should help you maintain a semi.

Question: Man i was doing my pe today and i busted a nut after doing my edging "start and stop" what ever its called. Iam dam depressed about it for some reason, i actually busted on purpose cuz i couldn't stand it today, and now i feel as if i have wasted my workout session.
Answer: That workout is behind you now so try not to focus on it. Just try not to ejaculate so quickly next time.

Question: I read a article in this site about L-Lysine helping in penis growth I recearched this product and find no benift to penis growth its for muscle gains and a the penis is not a muscle so I hear. Can any one shead some light on this pill and were the info is I have usaed to for about a month 1000 mg a day I see no changes or ? I have been using L-Arginine For about 2 month and that has helped me erections they have inproved and help will be welcomed peace out
Answer: Big Al: Lysine is essential for reproductive health (among other things), but I've never heard of using lysine for PE. There are studies that show that lysine doesn't have the vasodilatory properties of arginine, but it's possible that the studies were skewed if both amino acids were consumed within a short time from each other. Do not combine lysine and arginine if you suffer from cold sores. The whole point of taking a small dose of Lylsine when you are also taking L-arginine is to prevent cold sores and the like. Big Al: Lysine is recommended for the treatment of herpes. If you're supplementing your diet with lysine to treat herpes (and to experiment with PE), you'll want to avoid arginine rich foods as much as you can. In addition to possibly provoking breakouts, arginine also competes with lysine for intestinal transport.

Question: Hi guys, i have read a few threads about guys shaving the pubes and the like. This is something I have been doing for months but was wondering if anyone had considered or actually tried some permanent hair removal?? I only want to get rid of the hair on my shaft. Some of it (although very small amounts) actually occur right undernearth the head of the penis. I know my foreskin is probably smaller than average and as a consequence believe that my cock pulls skin up from my nuts to compensate. Has anyone tried any laser hair removal on their penis?? Or is there are reasons why someone shouldn't do this. I also have small white bumps which are tied in with hair folacles so I was hoping that permanent hair removal would help sort that out as well.
Answer: The easiest way to remove hair from the shaft would be to tweeze them. I'd be careful using depilatory creams (with the exception of SHAVE NO MORE) or trying to shave the shaft. If you're going to go the laser hair removal route, make sure that you use a doc that knows what they're doing! The white bumps that you're referring to may be "pearly penile papules". Courtesy of eMedicine.com: Background: Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans penis. Commonly, lesions are arranged circumferentially in one or several rows and often are assumed wrongly to be transmitted sexually. Pathophysiology: Pearly penile papules are considered a normal variant and harbor no malignant potential. They are not contracted or spread through sexual activity. Lesions are observed more frequently in uncircumcised males; however, the mechanisms underlying their development remain unknown. Frequency: In the US: The incidence of pearly penile papules reportedly ranges from 8-48%. Several reports suggest an increased incidence in uncircumcised versus circumcised men (22% vs 12%, respectively). One study found an increase in frequency in black versus white men, in those circumcised (21% vs 7%, respectively) and uncircumcised (44% vs 33%, respectively). Internationally: No geographic variation in prevalence has been noted. Mortality/Morbidity: Lesions are considered to be a normal variant and are unrelated to sexual activity. Often, lesions cause great anxiety to patients until their benign nature is clarified. Race: No racial predilection has been confirmed. Reports suggesting an increased incidence in African American males may reflect an increase in uncircumcised men in that population. Rehbein studied 840 men aged 10-66 years and found an overall incidence of pearly penile papules of 30.1% in this group. Black men in the study demonstrated a rate of pearly penile papules of 32.7% (44% in uncircumcised, 20.8% in circumcised black males). White men in the study demonstrated a rate of 13.9% (33.3% in uncircumcised, 7.1% in circumcised white males). Sex: Because of their anatomic distribution, pearly penile papules are noted only in men. Age: Pearly penile papules are noted most commonly in males in their second or third decades of life, with a gradual decrease in frequency with aging.

Question: When I sleep my dick is always full of blood. When I wake up, I can tell. Its not hard, but not all shrinkaged. So Wearing the extender during sleeping time is useless! At least to me right now, I am still in month one. Just starting to add metal pieces to the point where it is the same size as my erect cock.
Answer: What you're doing is dangerous! Imagine cutting off the blood flow to your penis while you're asleep and not even knowing about it until several hours later when you wake up. You can cause irreversible damage to your penis if you're not paying attention to it when you're wearing the device! Let's not mention the damage that you can cause to your penis if you accidentally turn over in your sleep while wearing the device.

Question: dear AL, what is a possible exercise i can do to add at least 2-3 inches in girth and width. i can do 2,000-3,000 jelqs. is there anything better?
Answer: That many jelqs will probably just give you a sore penis and a bad case of blood blisters. Jelq INTENSELY and follow it up with stretches.

Question: Hai, I have a 5 inch length erect penis. I would like to have a penis transplat to have 7 -8 inch length and good width. Please advice where can I get the surgery done, how much would it cost and what are the consequences
Answer: To my knowledge, penis transplants don't exist (yet). Your goals seem reasonable. Why not avoid the dangers of surgery and look into penis enlarging exercises instead? There's an online course available here: http://www.penilefitness.com.

Question: that want money for something that sould be free to all. if it was the real thing then you could get it free.
Answer: There are others that argue that "if PE is the real deal, it would cost thousands". Both of those "logical" approaches are very flawed. There are many places where you can get PE information for free- but remember- you get what you pay for. Most people do NOT know what they're doing in regards to PE. Following someone's routine because it looks interesting can get you hurt. With an established program, you're paying for routines that have been proven to work, and you get professional guidance to boot. Essentially, you're paying to learn- just like you'd pay to take a course at a university. Educate yourself on what PE is about. That way, you'll find out that PE definitely is the real deal.

Question: Is it true that you need to tear down the tissues of the penis so that they grow larger?
Answer: Big Al: I believe that to be a misconception. The penis is a very vascular organ. Any tearing of the corpora, corpus or (especially) the fascia usually results in bruising and may cause Peyronie's. Google "broken penis" and search the images for a visual Tearing the pubic ligaments isn't a good idea either. Sprains hurt, and doubly so where the genitals are concerned. Penis Enlargement exercises work in three ways: 1. By hyperexpanding the cells of the spongy bodies of the penis known as the corpora cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum 2. By simultaneously stretching the tough tunica sheathing those spongy bodies. 3. By stretching the the fundiform and suspensory ligaments that anchor the penis to the pubis. Stretching out the spongy bodies and tissues of the tunica involve gently hyperexpanding them. With each exercise session, the cell walls are forced to grow and expand a little bit more, and the compound effect over time is permanently increased thickness. The other penis enlargement techniques involves stretching the ligaments of the penis. *The penis is anchored to the pubic bone by the fundiform and suspensory ligaments. Fully one-third to one-half of the entire length of the penile body is hidden behind the pubis! Lengthening exercises permanetly stretch these ligaments. The principle behind the exercises is the same as if you were stretching any bodypart (such as the arms or legs) for greater flexibility. This allows more of the "inner penis" to be exposed, thereby lengthening the measureable portion of the penis.

Question: hi, my name is vinit and i\'m living in india, my penis is > trun about 45dgree left or more trun i nned to stragiht it and i ma > worry about when i fuck some one it is problem with me, actually i > mastuburate last 10years and every month i do it about more than 10 > times. plz slove my problem
Answer: Is it possible that you have Peyronie's? Masturbating daily with the same hand pulling off to the side may cause some twisting. You'll find exercises that may help alleviate your condition HERE.

Question: while doing these techniques, are you able to ejaculate or should you refrain from ejaculating while doing the exercises?
Answer: You can ejaculate before or after the routine. Be aware that if you ejaculate immediately prior to an exercise that requires an erection, you may not be able to perform that particular exercise very well.

Question: Good morning; I am embarrassed to say this, but I am a 39 year old who has noticed a gradual decline in sexual activity since the last 5 years. I am not gay or gay curious, and have recently been getting complaints by my spouse about not doing my job. I have been diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure, and is on the medications Novalin 30/70 and Metformin for the diabetes, and Lisinopril for the high blood pressure. I've tried Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis, and neither one of them really worked. Recently, I have been having a slight pain in my groin area. Please help or pass this along to someone who maybe can.
Answer: It's very likely that your meds are the problem. Many meds are notorious for causing ED and/or all sorts of sexual side effects. You can ask your doc to change your meds. I would also advise that you consult your doc before taking ANY sort of erectile enhancement supplement while you're on meds. Can you remember anything that may have caused the pain in your groin?

Question: > How can i hit the g spot using only my penis?
Answer: To find the G-Spot, insert one or two fingers in the vagina with the palm facing the pubic bone. Gently bend your fingers forward in a "come here" motion so that they stroke the anterior wall of the vagina. You may feel a raised spot or series of ridges, or you may feel nothing in particular. To stimulate this area with your penis, you can try leaning back a bit while you're penetrating her. Unless you can read minds or are willing to go through the process of trial and error, ask your lover whether or not she's feeling your efforts in the right place. So many men are scared to ask their significant others questions about sex for fear that they'll [the men] appear ignorant. Every woman is different, so every woman's going to have different needs.
