the title saids it all. I know it will take some time. i mean i really do cuz it took me about 4 months to get 1/4 -1/2 length gains although that only took 2-3 weeks to get that gain, for about 3 months i didn't get anything til now. I think its because i was more constant and dedicated than before. and i got 1/4 gain in girth. so what will it take for me to get hopefully 3 inches in length and hope to get good girth gains as well. i started at BPEL 5 inches and now i can hit BPEL 5 1/2 if i really flex it in length and i was 4 1/8 and if i flex hard enough i can get to 4 1/4. i do take the time and dedication now i mean i wake up at 4 am to do them before i go to work and i don't get much sleep i sleep around 10-11pm 3-4 days a week when i don't work its not to hard long as i have privacy. anyways any advice would be great here is my routine that i do.
usually i do just jelqing in the mornings that i work cuz i'm hard as a wood and i can't seem to get it flaccid so i do about 300-350 jelqs trying at 80-90% erect 2-3 times a week and no stretches in that 3-4 days of work i do and the other days i do
about 2-3 times a week on this one
6 reps @ 20 sec. in each of the five directions
15 reps @30 sec.(10 straight out, 10 up, 10 around)
10 reps @30 sec. downward stretch
200+jelq depending if i'm about to burst or not
so you can kinda tell how i do my PE depending if i work 3 days or 4 days straight. i work those days cuz i work 12 hrs. I think i hit my plaetue for the moment cuz i don't see gaining anymore... although i'm still doing beginners routine and only been a month. just so excited cuz i saw some gains finally.

Answer: Big Al: The way that I gained is by adding a little more intensity and volume each workout. Also, the majority of my workouts took less than 25 minutes at most (usually much less). If it's consistently taking you 30+ minutes each workout, you're either overworking your penis or you're using too low of an intensity level. Either way, you won't make gains. In the case of overwork, you'll likely exhaust the penile tissues causing ED, and you may even cause injury.
You should also do LOTS of PC/BC work so that
the blood flow to the penis is strong.

Question: The back of my cod liver oil bottle says not to take more than one a day. Are there adverse affects from taking more than this?

Effects of Vitamin D overdose-
There is wide individual variation in the amount of vitamin D that causes hypervitaminosis. The continued ingestion of 50,000IU or more daily by a person with normal vitamin D sensitivity may result in poisoning. Answer: You're likely not going to gain anything (except better erections) if you don't do the exercises. You have to decide if your desire for a larger penis is worth a few minutes a day of doing PE exercises.
I never had any blood pressure problems when I took the pills.

Answer: Big Al: It could be a pimple or a cyst. Using soap and water with some alcohol
applied after each wash should help you heal faster. If it's a significant
lump, you may want to abstain from PE or masturbating to allow it to heal.
If the anomaly persists for more than a week without any sign of healing,
you may want to see a doctor.

Answer: The pc or "pubococcygeal muscle" is the muscle that controls ejaculation. You can feel it contracting when you orgasm.

Question: Dear Big Al,
I've been in this game for a while. I joined your site some time ago but I never really did much with it because I also joined Matters of Size as well. I followed his phase 1 routine for months, exactly as DLD said too, and I didn't have any results.
The only thing I got was discoloration on the head of my penis. I've always had a problem with the grip, I've tried everything but my hands still slide, that's why I think I have discoloration from trying to grip with too much intensity to get the maximum pull and stress my ligs. Is there anything you can suggest?
Also I read that you said to pull for 10 seconds instead of 30 to 1 minute like DLD says, maybe that would help because, maybe, I could keep my grip without my hand tiring so fast. I just need something that's going to freakin' work for me if I put in the time and effort.

Answer: Have you tried wrapping a small towel around your penis for a better grip? The towel will also cushion your penis against most of the pressure from your fingers. That will lessen the redness.
Short, brief stretches will give you the quickest results.

i started yesterday and i don't know if i am doing the stretches right. i am taking pro solution. 3 pills a day. also do you stretch after a certain pill. i am also doing the penis pump right before i start stretching is this healthy. i don't have any dots on penis. that is why i don't know if i am doing it worng. i read your advice for most people and you sound like you know what to do. please help.
Answer: Take your pills 15-30 minutes prior to your PE sessions to maximize blood flow.
More important than spots are increases in measurements. Follow the routines as outlined and measure erect every 1-2 weeks. If the tape isn't budging then you need to change something about your routine.
You would do better to use your pump after your stretches. It would be even better if you pumped after your girth work. The walls of the tunica will already be stretched after heavy girth work, so take advantage of that opportunity to pump.
Question: Big al, so I started pe work about 3 months ago. warm up cloth, now about 200 jelgs (each hand stroke counting as one rep) then about 25 squeezes(one hand gripping the base of the penis, one hand gripping just under the head then hold for 1-3 seconds), 10 squeezes on 3-4 spots on the penis (side walls), 10 squeezes 3-4 spots (top and bottom) sometimes repeating another 10 reps, side walls and top and bottom. I've done some pulling exercises in the shower, however, not much, my length a little over 7'', I wouldn't mind being 7.5-7.75 but that seems to be happening just with jelqing and at the length I am at, I have to be carefulnot to poke my wifes cervix. My conncerted effort is to increase girth as much as possable. My wife feels quite loose to me, although my current girth is a little over 5'' I would like to increse my girth to 5.5 to whatever I can. what would you reccomend as far as a specific girth routine (yes I have read the girth recommendations on the website) that will help me achieve my goal. How much girth can I expect to gain over 3 months, 6 months, a year, provided I follow a specific program 5-6 days per week. Also, I notice you say "not" to flex your pc when doing the jelq, however, by flexing the pc a little just before jelqing down the shaft, I can put sufficient blood flow to "expand" the tissues for the desired result of expanding the penis. Answer: You should drop the stretches and jelqing and focus on the squeezes. Once you can do 100 hard squeezes 5 times a week, you should have all of the girth that you want (possibly more). A half inch at your stage of development may take about 2 months.
