Answer: Using lube will allow you to get a better slide on your penis- it'll result in more girth. Not using lube turns the jelq into more of a stretching exercise. Question: Hi Big Al, Please don’t chew me out, I recent heard about a friend that had penis surgery where the ligaments were cut. He grew about 1.5 (+/-) inches. It has been about a year since he had the surgery and things are working fine. His penis doesn’t stand at attention as much as before but he is longer and much happier. I’m really just curious about this, NO I don’t want to get it done or recommend it but I would like to know the science behind the surgery. Do you know where I can find some reliable info? Also, can they use the PE program after? Do we have any men on this site that have used the PE program after getting this type of surgery? What is life like after the surgery for them with or without the PE program?
Answer: Phalloplasty carries many possible dangers and unpleasant side effects (see http://penilefitness.com/_methods.html ). You may not be able to perform certain exercises at all after phalloplasty- especially if you've had the grafting surgery. Question: You always hear no pain no gain. Is this true? How much pain should there be? I am about average in size. 6 in long and about 4.5 around. I want to add an inch or two in length. I have been using the extender now for about 3 weeks. I am averaging about 4 hours per day along with some jelging. How much should I make it hurt to try to gain my 2 inches?
Answer: There shouldn't be ANY pain. The intensity that you use should provide a mild discomfort (at most). Risky painful pressure MAY increase your rate of gains, but it'll also increase the chances of an injury.

Question: I'm not sure if I'm doing the jelqs right. First of all, I am not circumsized so I don't have any problem with the milking motion. But when I squeeze at the base of my penis with my other hand, it feels like I'm squishing the pc muscle. Is this OK?? It seems like the descriptions of the exercises are given for circumsized men so I just want to be sure I'm doing it right. I tried to play the video, but I'm on dial-up, and after an hour it still didn't load so I gave up... Also, one last question. Because I'm not circumsized, I've been doing the jelqs without using any lubricant as I don't need it to milk. Or should I use lubricant and pull the skin back to milk?? Answer: You should try to avoid flexing the PC muscle while you're performing your jelq. That may be what's giving you that feeling. Using lube will improve the quality of the exercise. After a few weeks of jelqing, your grip strength should increase enough to adequately perform the exercises.

Big Al: You'll want to eat a low starch/sugar, moderately low fat diet to maximize fat loss. The more fat you lose, the larger your penis will appear. This is due to losing suprapubic fat, which exposes more of your penile base.

Squeezes are the best girth exercises around, and stretches will give you more length than jelqs.

Question: Dear Big Al, I am interested in your site becuase I heard about the squeeze technique being more effective than jelqing. What is the squeeze technique and is it used for enlargment in length and girth or just girth? By the way I read about this and your site on http://www.altpenis.com/penis_news/jelqing_answers.shtml and immediately became interested as an alternative to jelqing. Why is it better than jelqing? Where else can you find info on this technique (or what other sites have this)? Also, I am not asking for medical advice from you but rather your opinion. Months ago I joined penile secrets (maybe you could tell me whether or not they are a good site-if you can't comment on competitors don't worry about it) and started doing the hot towel warmups, stretching, pc exercises and jelqing. I have doing them for three weeks but had to stop a couple of days ago bec! ause I noticed that I haven't been able to maintain an erection. Yesterday the erections came back but I still have to "help them up to fully erect state". The erections are as hard as they've ever been and that is good so I know that I don't have permanent damage. I think I was doing the exercises way too hard and am going to see my urologist soon. Have you ever heard of this and if so what am I doing wrong just from your experience? How hard should jelqs and stretches be performed? Also why are physicians and urologists and doctors always slamming jelqs and other natural enlargement techniques when they have never even heard of them and when men are clearly making gains as I've already noticed gains in flaccid state and girth in both states. Answer: The squeeze technique is an enlargement exercise designed for pure girth gains. It doesn't stress the basal pubic ligaments at all. The stress is applied to the penis in a way that solely (and effectively) stretches the penile tunica like a balloon. The jelq fails to do that as effectively because a good proportion of the jelq's force is laterally absorbed by the pubic ligaments. I haven't heard much about the penile-secrets site. From your description (and the descriptions of a few other people), it sounds like a "cookie cutter" PE site. I don't believe that I have any sort of rapport with the owners of that site, and I know all of the "big players" in the world of online PE. Overtraining/penile exhaustion will usually bring on ED. Your exercises should be performed with the priority given to intensity over volume. Five good, hard jelqs will give you better results than 50 light jelq strokes. The motto of a lot of scientists is "All generalizations are false". Basically, that credo means that (to these scientists), if there's no hard proof that something is possible, it isn't. It's a rather narrow-minded view, if you ask me. The flaw in a lot of these scientists' arguments against PE is that they forget that the penis is composed of fascia and ligaments similar to those found in skeletal muscle tissue. By these scientists' logic, we wouldn't be able to improve ligament length through stretching or expand muscular size by stretching the fascial sheaths surrounding them. Gymnasts and bodybuilders do it all the time, though :) Although the penis isn't a muscle, it CAN be made to expand like one. The good news is that not all scientists think that way. If they had, new discoveries requiring novel thinking would be few and far between! The fact is that most of the PE bashers haven't bothered to try and prove or disprove whether or not natural PE techniques work. I have personally corresponded with medical professionals that not only believe that natural PE works, but actually do it themselves!

Answer: You should structure your routine in this manner: warm up, girth work, length work, pc work, then cool downs. If you have time constraints, you can reserve your PC work for another time.

Question: Dear Al, How are you? i just bought the jelq device, and i have a heating pad from unique-heat. well, right now im 6 inches and 5 girth. i want to increase girth 4 inches and length 4 inches in the fastest time possible. Answer: I can tell you that a 4 inch length gain and a three inch girth gain is not going to happen in a month- if at all. There are many factors that influence how much you gain and how fast- genetics, determination, consistency, patience, etc. You may be able to expect gains of up to 25% in length and girth in a year or more by following the routines in the member's area (here:http://www.mensforte.com/Members/Hot/Penile/). Question: what do you do if you over work your penis? for instance: busting blood vessels and causing bruising. are the damages permanent?
Answer: Most bruising subsides within a few days to a couple of weeks. Laying off the PE and using hot wraps/soaks and massage will alleviate the soreness.

Answer: The quality of both supplements are high although they contain different ingredients. PSP seems to focus more on enhancing sexual drive while MSF's ingredients are geared more towards erectile improvement. The price for MSF and the course that comes with it is better, though.
