Big Al, please help. I am getting married on September 24th. We have a wonderful relationship and to make a long story short, I want to rock her world come Sept. 24th. Currently I am just over 7 inches (7.1) and just over 5 inches in girth (5.08). I have been on the pe program for almost 3 weeks and have noticed a slight increase in length and girth. my goal is to be 7.5 by 5.5 in just under 40 days.(I plan on using the program much longer, ofcourse) I am quite healty and can take some punishment, so if you can dish out a detailed program for me, I'll follow it to the tee! Also do you recomeend a pe pill for quicker gains and for "performance anxiety" for the wedding night??? I love her so much and I want to give her all the best I can (hopefully a little more of me by the 24th of Sept.)

Question: dear al,
my situation is that my penis is 5 inches girth and 6 inches length. now i use the jelq device to jelq, going up for a count of 4s and i jelq for 5oo reps 4 times a week. plus i also use this device to lengthen, by pulling my penis straight out, l, r, up and down, holding each stretch in each direction for 45 s. i do each direction for 8 reps for a total of 40 reps in this excerise. another thing i do is grab my erect or semi erect penis, and squeeze at the base , go up an inch towards glans and hold it there for 30 s doing 5 sets of this for girth. now what is the fastest way for me to gain 4 inches in girth, and 6 inches in length? i dont have any custom workout plan, but when i tried the free consultation, never got any response in my email. i dont smoke, do drugs, am fit as an average person,and i dont use any penis pills, but i might buy vigrx( is this good)? and how many kegels and reverse kegels should i do? please advise al? my email is zakariah98@yahoo.com

Question: how many stretching exercises should be done if you are an intermediate pe er
Answer: One length exercise per session is all you need. What changes with time is the intensity and volume.
Question: i was wondering if after i reached my desired size if i'd have to keep doing
the excerises, to keep the size or if the size was permanant after i

Answer: The results are permanent. Regular erections and sexual activity will
maintain your size gains.
Question: along with my 500 jelqs im doing the ac lengthening stretch for 8 minutes. I want to gain an inch by christmas, what are the best advanced lengthening exercises and how many should i add to my 500 jelqs
Answer: I would suggest Tension or Side to Side stretches. Also, try doing squeezes instead of jelqs for a few weeks. You should notice a dramatic difference in your girth after a few weeks.

Answer: What about stretching exercises? What else are you doing?

Answer: Do the jelq work first. Stretching exhausts the penile tissues. If you do your stretches first, you may not be able to sustain the degree of erection necessary for proper jelqing.

Answer: My advice would be to abstain from ALL masturbation and try to conduct all
of your sexual activity with a condom. Do NOT ejaculate unless you're
wearing a condom. that way, your penis will adjust to the sensation of
wearing one. After a few days of not ejaculating, you'll be as hard as a
rock- even with a condom on :)

Instead of trying to prolong your orgasm, use as light a grip as possible. You'll decrease your sensory threshold and get more sensation out of your sexual activities.

Answer: There aren't any drugs (that I know of) that will help. I have heard that topical testosterone MAY enlarge your penis, but that's under certain conditions (pre-pubertal). Have you looked into MaleSexualFitness? It's available at

Question: I have been on the pe program since July 2002. I have had good growth on the girth but only about 1/4 in length. After beginners start, I have worked to 15 min warm ups, 20-30 min of stretching, 30 min of jelqing, and 15-20 of warm downs. I am 61 now and started this program when I had some swelling of the prostrate. Is there anything I need to add to this exercises for a little more length? Thanks for your time.
Answer: You could probably do with some cutting back. Have you tried the "jelq free" routine? The jelq free routine takes about 1/3 the time to do and gives you better results.

Answer: Your friend doesn't have a problem- his condition is normal. Most men have
asymmetry on every body part. The size and shape of the muscles on one side
of the body will almost always be different from the other side.
