Question: will be 43 by September, 2005. Before 8 years back, I knew I prematurely ejaculate on the first round but second one can last up to one hour or more. Answer: I have a suggestion- follow the "Stop and start" exercise as recommended
here:

but do it in a reversed manner- i.e.- with a loose grip and done as quickly
as possible. That will condition your penis to respond to less stimulus.

I'm 28 years old and I have a 21 year old girlfriend that has problems with sexual arousel..

Answer: Some women are like that. How about using KY or AstroGlide? Also, it would be in your best interests not to ask her too much about her past lovers. Women don't like it when men show those kinds of insecurities.

Answer: No. 4-5 days isn't all that much of a break. You can usually go about 10 days before having to reaccustom your penis to the levels of intensity/volume that you were using.

If you want enlargement, you're going to have to do exercises. Again, the MSF system come with a complete penile enlargement course that will maximize your gains by combining supplementation and proven enlargement exercises.
Question: My erect penis is fine...it's my flaccid on that is of concern. As the old adage..."grower, not a shower." Can this be helped?

Answer: In the "Penile Fitness guide", you'll need to start with the basic techniques. After 4-6 weeks, you can move on to any of the advanced techniques. Unless otherwise specified, you'll do your warm up, 1 girth exercise, 1 length exercise, your cool down, and then your PC work.

Answer: Your situation is a little tricky. Only you (and the person that gave you
the implants) would really be able to say whether or not vigorous
stretching, pulling, and jelqing would cause damage to your penis with those
implants. If I were you, I would proceed with caution.
Unless the implants constrict your penis or cause you to have to ease up on
your exercises, I don't see any reason why they would hamper your gains.

Answer: Does she like it when you do it to her? What is it about giving oral that she finds distasteful?
Obviously, you can't force her to go down on you, but there are ways to make it more appealing to her. I have a question about the hot cloth wrap. Should I perform it after every workout like: stretching, hot wrap, jelqing, hot wrap, girth excercise, hot wrap.
Or is it enough to perform it before stretching and after the complete workout.

Answer: Perform it before and after all of your exercises, e.g.- warm up (wrap and stretch), girth work, length work, PC work, then cool downs (wrap and massage).
Question: I am a powerlifter, but I also enjoy having a nice appearence.
The big problem is that my right bicep is a lot more defined than my left and it looks bigger to. Even though they are the same size. What can I do to correct this problem I tried working on my left 3 times a week and my right only 2 a week. But that only made my right are weeker and my left stronger.
What can I do????
Answer: Try matching reps. Do lots of single arm curls. Go to failure with your left arm, then match the reps with your right arm- but don't exceed them.
That'll even things out eventually. Also, work full supination exercises like twisting concentration curls- especially with that weak arm.
Question: I remember reading somewhere that when you measure erect, you are supposed to push your penis down until it's parallel to the floor. This is how I measured initially, and with my most recent measurement.
The thing is, when you push it down, you also push it into your pubic bone, and essentially make it shorter. Now, I've made progress measuring that way both times, but when I look at it standing tall, it seems way bigger than it measures up to on the ruler when pushed down.
What's the right way? Should I measure with it's head high?
Answer: You do push your penis down until its parallel to the floor, and push the edge of the ruler/tape to the pubic bone for the greatest measurement.

I have used the exercise methods for about a year with very measurable results. Results after one year on the program I have a erect length increase to over five inches, but diameter from (?) is larger. My problem is I want and expect length and diameter to continue to increase, but so far it has slowed these last weeks. My Doctor has me on multi vitamins and a whole list of others I can't even pronounce. Is there anything I should be doing to kick my length growth back in gear? My target is 10 inches minimum . Answer: To be honest, it's highly unlikely that you're going to add another 5 inches to your penis. A reasonable goal to shoot for would be 3 inches.
