Answer: I'm going by my own personal experience and from those of my clients. Stretching temporarily exhausts the penile tissues. That can make performing girth work immediately afterwards a bit difficult.

I assume this is what you are talking about. I've never heard of these. (I've heard of kegel excersizing but don't have a true understanding about it.)

Question: BigAl, since the legaments in the penis hold it up and give the penis its angle, (i.e. pointing up and some men whose legaments are looser, pointing downward)isn't it reasonable to expect that when you stretch the legaments to gain more length, wouldn't that cause the angel to point more downward?
Answer: That could be what you would expect to happen if you didn't do any PC work. PC work strengthens the ligaments. Here's a quote from one of my earlier posts:

Question: About stop and starts- Does it help when it comes to increasing ejaculation volume(s)? Because for me that's the other 1/2 of the equation.
Personally, I can 'stop n start' til my organ muscles strain and I'm purple in the face, still doesn't do a thing for my load, especially since my nuts only seem to produce enough for one big gush...after a week of abstinence.

Answer: Volume and strength of ejaculation are two different things.
There are some men that can ejaculate 5 x a night, and there are others that can't. If you're one of those that can't, what you'll want to do is to develop enough control so that you can hold off ejaculating until your partner can't take any more. That's what the Stop and Starts are for.

Answer: Your erection should last as long as you need it to. Doing lots of PC work and "Stop and Starts" will give you enough endurance to do what you need to.

Answer: The most effective jelqs are done straight down alternating hands. I've never heard of anyone suffering from DOWNWARD curvature caused by jelqing. Most exercise induced curvature is caused by jelqing with one hand exclusively.

BA: The exercises themselves won't increase your loads, but they will help you shoot farther and stronger.

Answer: Breathe out. I would shoot for 60 seconds a day, 3 times a week to start. As you progress, you'll be able to do your vacuums more often.

An exercise that you can do to decrease the size of your waist is called "vacuums". Basically, you suck in your stomach, hold it and flex it. Try to hold it for a total of 60 seconds. I personally work up to 5 minutes of this, and it's definitely helped to decrease the size of my waist.

Answer: Short of surgery (liposuction), there's really nothing that you can do to
spot reduce the fat on your buttocks. You'd have to work on losing bodyfat
period.
