Answer: Unfortunately, the damage from urethritis can be permanent. Only a medical
professional would be able to evaluate and treat your particular case.
Sorry that I couldn't assist you further.
Question: Big Al...I have been on the program since October...I have not seen any results...except in the flaccid stage...I hoped to have gained at least 1 inch...but have not even gained 1/2 inch in either length or girth...my routine is simple, I do about 10 minutes worth of stretching in the mornings and about 250 jelqs in the evening...I just started taking MSF about 2 weeks ago...what do you suggest, I have limited time...and realize my results will come slower. But I want to gain two inches in both length and girth...Please help with some type of routine I could follow.
Thanks
Answer: Your routine is static and doesn't foster progress. I suggest following the updated routines (Penile Fitness Guide). You'll be on shorter, more intense routines and you'll also be adding reps/intensity each workout.
Question: well i just started this membership feb 18th and yes im skeptical but a little anxious to see how it goes i know it takes time but my anyways my main question is that since i'm new to this site and all i was wondering what is the best way to be able to hold off on ejaculating. i hear there are ways but i can't seem to find how you can do that. so if you could please email me back at xxxxxx86@xxx.xxx or however you respond back not sure but tell me what the best way to do this would be great! thanks!
Answer: Your erection should last as long as you need it to. Doing lots of PC work and "Stop and Starts" will give you enough endurance to do what you need to.
Please visit http://www.mensforte.com/Members/Fitness/Penile/pf2004/_.php?pag=basic&menu=basic to get started.
Hope this helps!
Question: I have a condition called phimosis. It is common in
> adolecense, but now I am an adult. (Foreskin can't go over the
>"head") Will this program help me with the problem (I heard stretching
> it would help) and if I can eliminate two birds with one stone it would
> be awesome.
Answer: If your condition isn't that severe, then stretching the foreskin may help.
I would still seek medical attention if I were you. A doctor can usually fix
your condition with a very simple surgery.
Question: Becoming a porn star how do i become a male porn star. I think that i would do well, please > send me more info if possible on how to contact the proper people
Answer: Here's some advice from "Abby's Sexual Health" that'll help:
"This is how to be a porn star. The very first thing you need to do is be in
Los Angeles. Probably 90% of all adult videos and DVDs come from there.
"The biggest challenge you will face becoming an adult video star is that
you're a man. The adult video and DVD industry is one of the only ones in
the world where the women make more money than the men. A lot more.
Especially if you are woman who is in demand, you will begin to have a
little power over what you charge and who you work for/with. As a man, your
job is to try to work as often as you can for not as much money as the
women. You will need to really hustle, network, and make all the contacts
you can. And then beg them for work often.
"The audition you speak of can be handled by any one of the many talent
agencies out there. Or you could just buy yourself a camera and start
shooting. This is a start for you and how to be a porn star."
"-Abby"
Hope this helps!
Question: Sexual settings Dear Sir, hope u will be perfectly ok. i m 20 years old. i m from pakistan. i have a very serious problem. i become emotional very soon. even if i just see a sexy picture, i become stimulated at once and start masterbating. due to my this habbit my sexual timing has decreased a lot. i cant do my sex perfectly and finish within a minute. i have too many expectations from u because u r my last hope. please do help me
Answer: This is a habit you're going to have to learn to break. First off, try avoiding pornography. Take up a hobby, get into sports, read non-pornographic books. Try getting your sexual stimulation from your partner, and take your time with her. Eventually, you'll become accustomed to having regular sex and you'll be able to regain your timing.
Question: Time off- Hey Big Al Hey Fellas I usually PE for about a month then i stop for about a week or so and after a month i see minor results on the flaccid but noticeable, then i stop for a week or so and seems to go back to normal if not smaller. Why is it doing this??
Answer: What kind of routine are you following? Are you taking time off because you feel that you need to, or just because you want a break?

Question: Routine assistance- have been using the following “beginner’s workout” that I often stretch to 40 to 45 minutes. I realize that my routine was interrupted some by holiday guests and some travel however, I measured carefully and I would have been pleased at any gain from 1/8 to ˝ inch. I started these exercises because I am still interested in sex and my wife has commented that I do not feel as big as I used to. I also asked my sister, a registered nurse if men loose size as they age and she said it was similar to a muscle and without exercise or regular use the physiology would be that it would shrink. I follow this routine basically but have added the “windmill” at least three times a week. I stretch until it feels uncomfortable. I hold it to a count of 10 secs unless adding another 5 secs of pc flex as in the Power Stretch section. I have also pushed back into my body with the other hand for extra stretch. (last ten days because that’s when I discovered it.) I spend the requsite amount of time listed in the log unless I add to it like in routine #3. I do 80 to 100 pc flexes as well. The past three years, I have had problems sustaining an erection that is hard enough for penetration and my doctor has given me Viagra. It is not a panacea however but I thought I would try to go back to natural rather than take Cialis or the other new drug. I was hoping that my wife of 35 years would be more interested if she again experienced a more filling feeling during intercourse and I could maintain a sturdy enough erection to finish the loving without pills, pumps or other distracting junk. I thank you for any tips or help you might suggest.
Answer: You'd be better off following a more intense abbreviated routine. We have added fairly new section to the PenileFitness program. The new PenileFitness Guide can be found here: http://www.mensforte.com/Members/Hot/Penile/ . You'll be able to progress much faster with these routines because these routines have a pattern of progression sequences and intensity increases that weren't available with the old routines. That new section also includes new PC/stamina exercises too.
Question: Hello, Just wondering and researching about L-arginine. It was a hot topic on these forums for awhile and I did look at those past posts. I am wondering how much L-Arginine is needed for muscle enhancement and will I get the same benefits with penile enhancements? What I mean is that there are hundreds of L-Arginine supplements out there and all seem to be either combined with other muscle producing substances or other products combine this amino with sexual health type substances. What do I need to combine with L-Arginine that will give me or help me with me workouts and libdo and how much do I need? Thanks in advance, Masscott
Answer: Combining Arginine and Ornithine (at about a 2:1 ratio respectively) is said to give positive results. About 10 g Arginine and 5 g Ornithine several times a day will do it.

Question: Hi i was wondering what a good dosage for taking L-Glutamine would be, and whats a good time to take it. And as for L-Tyrosine, what does it do? i take it, but im not sure what it does, i remember seeing it in weight loss products though
Answer: Glutamine: 5 g per day after workouts, and 5 more grams before bed if you're training very hard. That's the dosage that's worked for me :) Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in most of the protein drinks available. If you don't have enough $$$ to buy pure glutamine, you'll still meet your quota if your diet is high in protein. Another trick would be to buy whole wheat flour and find a way of adding it to your protein shake. Whole wheat flour has over 50% glutamine in its amino acid profile! About tyrosine: From Bodybuilding.com: What is it and where does it come from?? L-tyrosine is a nonessential organic amino acid that is a building block of protein. It is an organic amino acid due to the presence of a carbon atom in its makeup. It is a precursor of the neurotransmitter dopamine, as well as a precursor to the adrenal hormones norepinephrine and epinephrine.1 The body can make L-tyrosine from the amino acid phenylalanine. L-tyrosine rich foods include animal meat, wheat products, oatmeal and seafood. What does it do and what scientific studies give evidence to support this? L-tyrosine may help athletes avoid overtraining, due to its ability to offset fatigue.2 Because L-tyrosine is a precursor of Dopamine, supplementing with L-tyrosine may heighten mental alertness, increase feelings of well being, decrease feelings of depression, and offset physical and mental fatigue.3,4 Who needs it and what are some symptoms of deficiency? Everyone. Populations in need of L-tyrosine include: athletes, the obese or overweight, and the elderly. Hard training athletes may benefit from supplementing with L-tyrosine as it helps to offset fatigue and stress associated with intense training. L-tyrosine also serves to protect the integrity of the skin. Melanin, a substance which acts to protect the skin when the epidermis has been exposed to ultraviolet light, is derived from L-tyrosine. If a shortage of melanin is present within the body [because of a lack of L-tyrosine], skin defenses will be compromised. Melanin, which is derived from L-tyrosine, chemically reacts with sunlight to form a protective shield that protects the deeper layers of skin tissue. Because persons suffering from depression frequently have low blood levels of this amino-acid, it may prove beneficial for members of this population to supplement with L-Tyrosine.5 People suffering from neurological degeneracy may also benefit from supplemental L-tyrosine.6 Members of the obese population may benefit from supplemental L-tyrosine. The thyroid is responsible for the manufacture of T-cells. L-tyrosine influences the manufacture of thyroxin [T-cells], which influences basal metabolic rate. Because of this, L-tyrosine may prove effective for weight loss. Individuals suffering from immune system destroying viruses like HIV, AIDS or hepatitis may find supplementing with L-tyrosine to be beneficial. Disease processes that ravage the immune system often induce catabolism, and thus muscle wasting. A loss of muscular protein results in increased for osteoporosis and bone fractures. To retain bodily protein, skeletal muscle, and thus anabolism, supplementing with L-tyrosine may be beneficial. How much should be taken? Are there any side effects? At this time clear dosing guidelines have not yet been established, so it is best to do what is known as "tolerance mapping". Take a small dosage for one week, note the benefits and the side effects, and increase the dosage until the benefits are maximized and the side effects minimized. Over time the two will converge and you will hit the optimal dose. This process is similar to "receptor mapping" for bodybuilders who use insulin and steroids. Many protein powders on the market are fortified with amino acids, including tyrosine. With this in mind, pay particular attention to how much tyrosine you are ingesting from all sources. No side effects have been reported, although as with any amino-acid, overdose is a possibility. Individuals suffering from psychiatric conditions should consult a qualified medical practitioner prior to the use of supplemental L-tyrosine. If you do not feel comfortable following the above-described procedure, it is always best to follow the directions as prescribed on the products label. Where can I get it? There are many different brand names that manufacture supplemental L-Tyrosine. Below is a listing of all available brands that may be purchased here on Bodybuilding.com. You'll find EXCELLENT prices for Tyrosine here: http://www.idealsupplements.com/search.php?words=tyrosine
Question: THC's effects on estrogen levels
Answer: Past studies have shown that high doses of THC have estrogen-like properties. Recent studies, however, have shown that THC in large doses exhibited neither estrogenic nor antiestrogenic effects. Question: Is there any way to add more mass to my legs.I use enough weight that after six sets my leg are ready to fall off , but all i seem to get is just definition. With the upper body i have no problems , i would like for my legs to catch up.Is it genetic? My dad has slimmer legs too and a bigger upper body.
Answer: Heavy squats- working up to doing 8 to 10 sets of 6-12 reps. Don't forget hamstrings! Stiff legged deadlifts, Glute-Ham raises, and leg curls. Don't forget standing and seated calf raises. Start at 3 sets each of 8-15 reps with minimal rest between sets.
Question: Deadly bodybuilding trend
Answer: Bodybuilders Warned On Injecting Insulin By Valerie Reitman LOS ANGELES TIMES September 16, 2003 Anabolic steroids have long been chemicals of choice for bodybuilders wanting to bulk up. But the substances can cause men's breasts to grow, their hair to fall out and their testicles to shrink. The steroids also show up in blood tests. Insulin, however, does none of these things, which makes it especially appealing for bodybuilders who want help achieving a desired look. Doctors and trainers have begun to realize that what began as a small trend among hard-core athletes is spreading to noncompetitive and recreational bodybuilders as well - a trend that can have potentially deadly consequences. "It's filtering down so that the average-Joe bodybuilder has heard about it and is asking serious questions" about whether to take it, says Dr. Nick Evans, an orthopedic surgeon at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a bodybuilder himself. The practice of nondiabetic athletes injecting themselves with insulin is apparently also being embraced by track-and-fielders and other athletes seeking to build endurance, says Dr. Warren Willey, a physician specializing in family and sports medicine. The southeastern Idaho doctor became aware of the problem several years ago when he saw a nondiabetic weightlifter faint outside a restaurant. Willey ran back into the restaurant, grabbed some sugar packets and poured them into the young man's mouth. The bodybuilder recovered and acknowledged taking insulin, which he said had helped him gain about 10 pounds and increase muscle fullness. After writing a firsthand account of the experience in Physician and Sportsmedicine magazine, Willey has gotten inquiries from patients on how and whether to take insulin, and from physicians asking about how patients abuse the hormone. Up to 10 percent of bodybuilders may be using insulin, according to a recent report in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Bodybuilders openly discuss how to use it on muscle-building sites on the Internet, where advertisers also sell insulin and the syringes to inject it. Several cases of comas and fainting have been reported in medical journals. Roberto Marcelletti, a personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder in Jersey City, N.J., wrote to Ironman magazine to protest the "largest and most [well defined] competitors" he'd ever competed against in a 2001 bodybuilding competition. "I know GH [growth hormone] and insulin are being used and are undetected by urine samples," he wrote. In a recent telephone interview, Marcelletti said he believes that the use of insulin is growing, putting him at a disadvantage in competitions because he never uses it. "It's being pushed upon amateurs," he said. The International Olympic Committee banned insulin use by nondiabetics in 1998. The insulin is usually taken with human growth hormone and sometimes with steroids as well. "These are really dangerous cocktails," said Dr. Gary Green, an internist and clinical professor in the division of sports medicine at UCLA. "They're taking awfully big risks." Meanwhile, the benefits haven't been proven. There's no scientific proof that the insulin does help build muscles or enhance performance. The bodybuilders take the insulin with a meal, thinking that the body will better absorb and utilize the calories. The steroids and human growth hormone help build new muscle, they believe, and the insulin helps prevent it from breaking down. Insulin is a natural anabolic hormone produced in the pancreas. It helps convert glucose into the energy needed to sustain the body. Diabetics need additional insulin because their pancreases no longer produce the hormone - or it fails to respond properly. The resulting surges in blood sugar can cause long-term damage to the eyes, nerves, blood vessels and kidneys. Injecting unnecessary insulin into nondiabetics can be lethal if the dose is too large or is taken at the wrong time. The glucose in the blood drops to dangerously low levels, and the person can faint or end up in a coma. The problem has been getting more attention lately. In Great Britain, a 31-year-old man found unconscious at home was taken to a hospital emergency room and given intravenous sugar to save his life. He recovered and later admitted to using insulin regularly to increase muscle bulk, in addition to taking steroids, the British Journal of Sports Medicine reported. Green said the fact that incidents are being reported in medical journals indicates they are just the "tip of the iceberg." A good alternative to this would be to take "insulin agonists" like Chromium (available here: http://www.idealsupplements.com/product.php?id=99 )
Question: When i attempt to do the length stretching excersice i always begin to have an erection causing me to not be able to do the excersice. therefore the only excersices that i can do are the jelq and the kegels. If anyone has any advice i would really appreciate it. thank you
Answer: You can masturbate a few minutes before your PE session. It'll take a bit before you'll get erect. Also, try doing your stretches immediately after an intense girth session. You'll be less prone to erections because your penile tissues will be temporarily exhausted from the girth work.
