Question: It is impossible to jelq without getting an erection. Please explain more if you could. How many time do you have to jelq in a day?
Answer: It's desireable to be semi-erect for jelqing. If you feel that you're becoming too erect, you can take a small break or lightly pinch the head of your penis. You may also consider ejaculating 15 minutes prior to your session. That'll stave off the erection.

PenileFitness's routines have undergone a lot of changes in the past few months (favoring intensity over volume). As a basic beginner, your workload should exceed too much more than an hour a week of total exercise.
Question: hi. on your web-page in your manual about warming up, it says to wrap your penis in a towel. cant you just masturbate slowly to warm then penis up in 10 minutes?
Answer: No. The heat needs to be localized and it has to be more than your hands can provide.
Question: hi. i have read your basic-program "the jelg method", and i am a bit confused about the time inntervals. in the text it stands 2-3 seconds, but in the example-video the guy is operating with 1 second..! should i follow the video, or do it slower?
Answer: The video is just for instruction purposes. Slow down what you see in the video by a factor of 2-3.

Answer: Stay with the same # of reps for a few weeks. Then you can move on to the more advanced routines that require increases.

Question: AL, Nearly all my life I have touchy testicles espescially my right one. I also have a what they call a can of worms in the other side as I had it checked out by a doctor & that testicle hangs lower than the other one. Is there anything I can do naturally without having an operation to fix this problem. Also the right testicle gets a sharp pain in it sometimes if I jump off something. I don't know whether you are familiar with this or not.
Answer: The "can of worms" sounds like a varicocele. It's like varicose veins in the scrotum. I have never heard of any way of fixing that short of surgery. Varicoceles account for a high number of infertility cases.
Question: I AM 7" NOW BEFORE ANY PEing . If I follow your routine and strive for 10" wouldn't this perhaps be slightly too big for the young-pop-star-look-a-like- hotties Im after in the party-club scene.
Answer: Most likely, yes. Most women start to get a little nervous when your penis hits the 8 inches plus mark. At 10 inches, don't be surprised if a good amount of women refuse to allow you to have sex with them!

Question: I've been on the program for alittle over 3 years and my size and lenth has amost tripled. But my ball sack skin is hafe way up my penis, is there anyway to correct this? thx
Answer: Yes. You should do some of the testicle stretches with an emphasis on pulling the scrotum away from the base. This will loosen the scrotum a bit and allow a more natural testicular appearance.
