Question: Ive just started using your techniques and was wondering if it was ok to use the basic enlargement exercises in combination with the strenghtening exercises in the same 30-45 minute period of workout or would this be too much using both variety of techniques? Should it be a day of the basic exercises then a day of the strenghtening exercises or can they be mixed in together?
Answer: You could, but the strengthening exercises can be done throughout the day if your short on time. You can do them both on the same day.

Question: I'm concidering doing the "6.Special Report- " Shocking Techniques"- How To Add Up To 1/4 In 24 HOURS!" since I have stuck in my growth, nothing has happened for over a month, despite the MSF pills.I thougt a good kickstart would make me reach my 2 inch goal, have about 1/2 inch left. When this routine is done how wnd when do I warm up. Before and after every hour, or just once at 8AM? Kind Regards from Sweden
Answer: Just a light massage will be needed before and after each session because you're going to have that area engorged with blood for most of the time.

Question: Hi there. My penis is about 5.7" long. If i follow the beginners program, how much length do you think i will be able or should be able to achieve within a month?
Answer: Anywhere between 1/2 to 1 inch is the usual.

Question: I have recently stopped doing the excercises (basic stretching and jelqing)and have noticed that when i urinate there is a slght discomfort, not really painful, kind of like the feeling when have drank little water and your urine is yellow and there is a burning sensation, do have any idea why this would he happening?
Answer: It's most likely the type of lubrication that you're using while you jelq. The urethra is very sensitive. If you're using any sort of lube with perfume or powerful chemicals in it, you'll likely irritate the sensitive lining of the urethra. For pain-free jelqing, lube using a relatively pH neutral lube like KY, cocoa butter cream, or Vaseline.

Question: I've read that the testicles are cooler than the regular bodytemp, a few degrees or so. Thats why they hang low when you have a feever. Why include the testicles in the hot wrap if they are sensitive to heat? I started training 3 months ago and have gained 3cm (1,25 inch.) I train 6 days a week 10 minutes hotwrap, 35 minutes strech in all directions with 10 min rotation, then 35 minutes jelq and hotwrap 10 minutes. This puts me in the john for 1,5 hours.. I allso eat MSF pills. Can you recommend a program please. Best regards Petter
Answer: Yes, the testes do need to be kept cool, but an occasional hot wrap combined with massage will aid circulation and improve testicular functioning. The key is not to expose the testes to heat for an EXTENDED period of time. We've just added some new routines to the PenileFitness member's area. Check it out and come back to us with any questions.

Question: ok big al i have a small penis and i am a bit over weight how can i lose the extra pounds so that i can be able to do the exercises properly?
Answer: You should still do the exercises even if you're overweight. Cutting back on the starches and fats and increasing your physical activity will make you lose that excess fat.

Answer: Better erections will make your penile skin as tight as a drum. PC work and taking MSF (available at http://www.malesexualfitness.com) will help.

Question: It says in the manual not to ejaculate until four hours have passed from end point of excercising, what if you engage in intercourse for a few minutes but hold back and a little pre cum comes out after you stop. DO the same chemical reactions take place as if you had an orgasm that are not desired?
Answer: The manual is going through some updates. In my observations, you can ejaculate anytime before or after your session.

Answer: To be honest, I don't know if you'll be able to quadruple your length. Is that your erect length?

Answer: To some degree, but not nearly to the extent that exercises will. Most of the "gains" gained from pumps are temporary.

Question: the warm up stretches should be performed before the hot wrap correct or after? the length xtender excercises are similar to the warm up stretches, can they be done as warm up excersizes also?
Answer: You should do your wraps before AND after. Stretching type warm ups are to be done before your PE. The main difference between Length XTenders and the warm ups are intensity. You do NOT want to go into Length XTenders without being warmed up first.

Question: once the desired size is achieved, what is the routine for maintaining that size, or when can you stop?
Answer: As long as you maintain regular sexual activity, you will maintain your size gains.

Answer: Yes, after a period of a couple of months, the gains are cemented and they become permanent.

Question: Over an extended period say of 18 months what is a realalistic expectations of total gains in lenght and girt. Provided a 5 day 35-45 minute exercise routine?
Answer: I personally added 2 inches in about 3 months. There are men that have added 3 inches in about a year's time. It all depends on how dedicated you are.

Question: Hi , what?s the trick for squeezing the pc hard enough, I?m squeezing as hard as I can....
Answer: One good trick is to squeeze as hard as you can while you're erect. That way, you'll see your penis moving up and down. Try to bring your penis as high as you can.

Question: how do i get more endurance?
Answer: PC work such as kegels and towel raises, and doing the "Stop and Start" exercise as listed in penilefitness/menforte. If you're having premature ejaculation problems, you can try ejaculating prior to having sex, or you can wear a condom (which you should be doing in most cases) to help desensitize the sensations a bit.
