Answer: Overtraining may cause you to have erectile difficulties, which could make your "erect" measurement smaller. If you've been overtraining, you'll need to take a break and feref to your workout log to see where your routine started to get out of hand.
Question: About two years ago i experimented with pot, and im not sure if it was laced with something because twice while I had a badtrip I noticed my penis had shrunk greatly and there was very little bloodflow in that area during my badtrip. I was very shocked and confused, and now two years later I no longer smoke pot, but notice thatr my penile health is still in bad shape. My erections are much weaker then they were before I ever touched pot, and when I lie down my erection size and strength decreases immensely making it difficult to do woman on top positions. I have been doing towel raises every week 5 days at least for quite sometime, but stilll have this problem. Do you know if I could have damaged any vessels or caused any serious harm to my penis/arteries in that area? I regret trying pot so much now, and would like to get my old sexual health back. Even my ejaculations quantity and orgasm intensity has suffered. What should I do???
Answer: I would suggest getting professional medical help. It's likely that your symptoms could be psychosomatic, but visit your doc to rule out anything serious.
Question: Im curious what exactly YOU did in your PE experience to give you gains. What routines did you follow during those 3 months, and what were your before and after measurements? Just want some confidence so I know what truly works. That is if you dont mind sharing the above mentioend information?
Answer: I did some basic jelqs and stretches the first month, then I moved on to more advanced routines like the Jelq Free routine. I measured at 6 1/2" L x 5" G before PE- I'm currently at 8 1/2" L x (about) 6 1/2" G.
Question: big al how much length gain can you accomplish by doin the tention stretch.im lookin to gain just another inch or inch and a half.currently have gained inch and a quarter.can i gain the additional inch on that stretch alone if not please info on how to keep gaining to get that inch and a half.
Answer: The Tension Stretch is an excellent exercise. As long as you use some form of progressive resistance, you should be able to gain indefinitely. At your stage in development, you should rotate through different exercises when you reach a plateau.
Question: What exactly is "clamping" and how is it performed?
Answer: Clamping is when you use a device clamped at the base of the penis to hold blood in.
Question: Im a fairly lean guy (6'0 at 160 lbs) and am working out 3 days a week performing basic mass exercises (deadlifts, pull-ups, squats, benchpress, etc) and would like to know what supplements can help me get bigger much faster or effectively. Creatine? Whey Protein? What supplement types would you recommend?
Answer: EAT! There's no better substance than lots of good, healthy food. You're very lean, so I would suggest a diet high in complex carbs and protein, with a moderate amount of fat. Adding protein shakes throughout the day will help. You can make your own "weight gainer" shakes with whey, milk, eggs, and fruit.
Question: Hi thanks for the quick reply ,but 1.what bonuses are you talking about?Also I just want the device but apparently the sizegenetics device is medically approved by the European health community...now is the proextender also certified in the same way?3.Are the two models the same really?Please help.

Question: To be honest Big Al, ive never gained my "easy inch" yet and have started my PE program on and off with some jelqing, erect squeezes and stretches. Then 1 month or so later I moved on to your "Jelq free" method cause I figured I was ready to start advanced routines. Should I start over and do things the right way? Because my prgress hasnt been much so far, maybe just under 1/4 inch in length and girth, but its mostly been a learning experience for me. Been doing PE for nearly 4 months now and I think I seriously need to start doing things differemtly to see TRUE gains. What do you think of my situation and how should I start PEing to truly see gains?
Answer: The "on and off" is likely the reason why you haven't gained. Part time PE will yield part time results. It would be a good idea if you started over and followed the routines as outlined.

Answer: I would have to go with the ProExtender.
The model is the same as SizeGenetics, but the bonuses are better.
Question: What was YOUR routine that gave you the fastest most extreme results in your experience with PE? Any detailed routine would help
Answer: I would have to go with the JELQ FREE routine. It boosted my gains after the first "easy inch".
Question: What exactly is multi-angular hanging and how do I perform them? Is hqanging truly a safe method?
Answer: Basically, you hang at different angles- not just straight down.
Hanging is safe as long as you don't do too much too soon and you remember to take frequent brakes. Also, ensure that the device that you use to hang doesn't cut off your circulation.
Question: Well ive been doing the below mentioned "Jelq free" routine" for about almost a month, and have noticed not much increase, besuides my erectios feeling meaty but no change on the ruler. How much should I be increasing intensity during each session to be making progress? And how do I know whether ort not im doing the exercise right or not? Should I hvae a huge "pump" afterwards? How erect should I be in order to get the best pump? Any more further details on the squeeze would help. Also I havent gained any length increases whatsoever even with my high-intensity manual stretches. Is there something i should be doing different, im presently doing stretches in all directions for 10secs each. If you have another suggestion that works better, please do tell!
Answer: Intensity should be increased slightly from workout to workout. If the ruler isn't budging after a few week, you're doing it wrong. A pump will not indicate whether or not you've had a good workout. For the squeeze, your penis should be about 50 to 75% erect. I would suggest moving on to a different exercise like the "Ruler Stretch". Where did you get the idea to stretch in every direction for 10 secs?
Question: How can I increase sperm production and overall testicle health through manual exercise or diet?
Answer: You should focus on the "Testicle Health Massage" (found in the mensforte.com member's area). Also, a diet low in saturated fats but high in "healthy fats", zinc, and Vitamin E will help.

Answer: You should see measurable gains within the first couple of weeks. You'll likely see a boost in your gains once you start on the advanced exercises, so expect 2 inches over the course of 4-6 months.
Question: If I stop the exercises of my PE for about 9-10 days due to vacation and dont have much time, are my current gains affected in any way even if i maintain sexual activity? Can I start from where O left off intensity wise? Or do I have to start slow again? What does taking such a long break have on my size and PE?
Answer: Yes, you can start where you left off. It's advisable to take a week off every 4-6 weeks anyway. Even with an extended layoff, your gains should maintain themselves as long as you're getting regular erections.
