Answer: We suggest sticking to what works for you. If you feel more effect with the patches, you can make the switch.
Question: I've just started taking PE pills. How much should I take and when?
Answer: Each brand is going to have its own recommended dosage. If you've never tried PE pills, start with the minimum recommended dosage and work up from there. Do not exceed the maximum recommended dosage. I would suggest taking the pills 15 minutes prior to your PE sessions and your sexual encounters.
Question: I have noticed that my erection size is less when standing up than when sitting. I presently do all of my stretching and girth work while sitting. Should I do the stretching while standing or is there anything else I can try?
Answer: You should do your enlargement exercises in the position that's most comfortable for you. Your longest measurement will come from having your hips thrust forward- whether you're lying or standing.
Question: How can I get rid of this stubborn belly fat and pec fat, without compromising my muscle mass. Im a fairly lean guy otherwise but i think my eating habits have cause this unwanted fat, and my chest has become softer than usual and im getting frustrated. I train 3 days a week and bike alot so is there any dietary or exercise that I should do in order to truly burn off this fat? Any helpful tips would help.
Answer: It's going to be about dieting and fat burning exercises. You'll need to cut out the starches and sugars, up the protein to ensure muscle mass retention, and increase the duration of your low impact activities (like your cycling). Avoid soy and wheat products. Your goal should be to lose no more than 2 pounds of bodyfat per week.

Answer: What did you apply to your penis that caused the burn? How bad is it, and how long since this happened?

Answer: Have you had any lifestyle changes that may have caused your decrease? What about stress and dietary changes?

Answer: Only if the wraps are hot enough to cause burns. Keep the wrap a slightly above body temperature to avoid that from happening.
Question: I am 69. Am I too old to achieve a physical longer penis?
Answer: No- we have men in their 70s making great gains with The Program. As long as you're able to achieve an erection of sorts, you'll be able to make gains.

Question: is it bad to have sex or masturbat before the exercices?
Answer: No, as long as you don't exhaust yourself so much that you can't achieve the proper degree of erection needed for the exercise(s).
Question: Ever since ive experimented with smoking pot, ive noticed that when I lie down my erections are much weaker and smaller then when i am upright...there is a dramatic decrease in bloodflow when i lie down and it affects my sex life because i cant really do woman on top positions...Ive been PE-ing for about three months and do towel raises regularily, but i still seem to have this problem when i lie down? Even Prosolution hasnt helped, wut do you suggest? Have i damaged my penis from pot in any way? If so is it fixable??
Answer: Your condition is likely temporary. Our suggestion is to stop smoking and start prioritizing the Strengthening Exercises in order to get your penis in shape.
Question: Hi I was looking at the forum and saw the discussion about the LOT theory. I have been doing PE for about 1 year and 4 months and have gained almost 3" in length, I noticed a decrease in the length gains I have had recently, until I started doing the supra slammer which I assume works the tunica a lot and has helped me continue gaining. I would like to know if I can also keep on increasing length if I concentrate on stretching downward and not in all directions like I do now.
Answer: Do whatever keeps working for you. Just make sure that you avoid overdoing any exercise so that you stay injury free and continue to gain.
Question: How can I undo this "Turkey neck sybdrome" caused by manual stretches? Is there any way to fix it? Because its something that is really bothering me lately as it causes me to have sagging testicles at age 19!! This is somewhat serious for me, please help
Answer: What you need to do is to hold back the basal skin while doing your jelqs. You should also use a lot of lube to reduce pulling the skin. For stretches, pull back any excess skin away from your penis head BEFORE you stretch. Your penile skin should eventually get back to normal with time.
Question: is their a list of what supp0se to do while using jelq technique cause im not sure if im doing it right

Question: Presently I have modified my girth workout to include the supra slammer. I was doing the jelq, the uli, and the squeeze in the same workout. I would like to know if its ok to take out the jelq and do the slammer and the squeeze only since the slammer takes quite a bit of time to do. I have been doing pe for about 1 year and 4 months. My girth has gone from 4.75" to about 5.5" and would like to reach 6".
Answer: We suggest doing one or the other. Find which girth exercise works best and do that one.
Question: By increasing my workload, you mean I should increase the number of reps each session or the intensity?
Answer: Either increasing intensity or volume will do (or both)- each session should be a little more difficult than the last.
Question: I have noticed that since ive started PE my testicles have shrunken in size, and the scrotum is very loose and stretched even though I have never touched this area whatsoever while PE-ing, can you somehow help me in understanding whats happening? Im kinda scared
Answer: You may be suffering from "turkey neck syndrome". It's common in men that do PE. In order to avoid it, you'll need to focus on pulling all of your loose skin towards the base of your penis when you're doing any stretching exercises.
