Question: What factors may affect my results while doing the "Jelq-free" routine because I seem to have trouble yeilding any results at all, ive been following the routine exactly as described on your site. I dont know what else to do
Answer: Are you focusing on increasing your workload each session? How do you feel after a workout- sore, "ok", or unphased?
Question: If ive been PE-ing for about 2 and a half months am I physically ready to do the "Jelq Free" routine, as it is an advanced routine? How much experience really qualifies you as an advanced PE-er?
Answer: I would suggest at least 6 weeks of PE experience before trying the "Jelq Free" routine- it is an advanced regimen.
Question: in your opinio what is the best PE routine?
Answer: I would have to go with the "JELQ FREE" routine. It's brief, it's intense, and it gets the job done!
Question: Will consuming alcohol after a PE session (for example the night of that day) affect my recovery or gains in any way? Does alcohol have a negative affect on PE gains?
Answer: Excess alcohol can cause erectile problems, so take care to avoid overdoing it. Too much of anything isn't good.
Question: If I perform a kegel right before the squeeze to get the maximum amount of blood in my penis, is this harmful in any way? I normally make myself semi-erect then kegel and squeeze once my penis is fully engorged, is this dangerous?
Answer: Not at all- as a matter of fact, it's suggested that your penis be at least semi-erect for the squeeze. If a kegel helps you get there, then more power to you.
Question: I have noticed that ever since I started to gain muscle mass I have seemed to lose my abs and gained some excess belly fat, as well as some excess chest fat. How would you recommend I burn off or tone down this unwanted fat while still maintaining my muscle mass and size. Basically, how do I get my abs back without getting skinnier again? How does one get big and get abs at the same time?
Answer: Adding a small amount of bodyfat while you're trying to pack on muscle is normal- even necessary if you have a fast metabolism. Try cutting back a bit on the carbs and fat- but be sure to do it slowly to avoid losing mass. Your training year should be separated into "power", "mass", "cuts" and "recovery" phases. Plan your "cuts" phase when you plan to put your abs on display.
Question: I have being doing PE for about a year and three months now and have increased the intensity of my workout quite a bit by adding excercises like the supra slammer. I am presently doing 3 on one off 2 days on one off. I would like to know if I can change to say monday, wednesday, friday, and saturday without affecting gains. I feel I need a bit more time to recover now.
Answer: That should work fine. Occasional experimentation is sometimes necessary if you want to keep progressing and to avoid plateaus.
Question: If im a fairluy lean guy and wishing to gain mass, what tips and suggestions would you have to help me overcome this great challenge at the gym?
Answer: You should record everything that you eat over a period of a week. You'll need to weigh yourself at the beginning of the week and at the end to see what kind of caloric adjustments you'll need to make. For workouts, you should concentrate on the basic lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench presses, military presses, chins, and dips) keeping your reps fairly low (6-8). Get plenty of rest and make sure that you're eating every 3 waking hours or so.

Question: I seem to have a serious problem...whenever my girlfriend and I have sex, she enjoys the forplay very much and gets quite wet and lubricated and is wanting it very bad...but then once we start she doesnt react very much and tells me its "nothing special"...its as if she barely feels anything at all and I dont understand why because Im not very small in size, just average at 6inches in length and 5 inches in girth. Youd think that that would be enough but I doubt it is, and I dont know how to help make her enjoy the sex. Are there any routines for intermediate PEersa like myself that focuses on girth mainly and is quite effective? The links on ur questions dont seem to work for me, so if you could sned the routine through your reply it would help immensely!
Answer: Have you tried looking into the "SEX TIPS" section of the Member's Area? Even with a large penis, simply thrusting in and out doesn't do it for some women. You need to tease her with your penis and try doing various things to see what SHE likes.
Question: If Im doing the routine involving NO jelqin but simply squeezes and side to side stretching...what can I expect for gains in a period of two weeks??
Answer: Two weeks isn't much time, but you should see some measurable results.
Question: I seem to have enlarged the skin on my scrotum somehow, either from constant pulling or perhaps from PEing, but the skin seems to be too sagging and big and doesnt really look all that great...is it possible to shorten the skin or somehow fix this?
Answer: Short of surgery, not really. Try to avoid doing anything that will pull the skin of your scrotum.
Question: When performing the squeeze technique, im not sure if im doing things right.. should i be fully erect or semi erect? Should i see a very noticeable girth pump while performing these?? Any more specific details would help. Thanks
Answer: You should be semi-erect, and you should notice some definite engorgement after a few reps.
Question: If Im and intermediate/advanced PE er and would like to get fast and dramatic results within the next short period of time, are there any suggestions for exercises that could give me the fast results I need??
Answer: I would suggest the Jelq-Free or Length/Girth routine.
Question: Which would you recommend as being a more effective companion to my PE exercise program; Pro Solution or MSF pills??
Answer: We suggest using MSF pills.
Question: How is a Uli performed??

Question: I have been doing pe for over a year and would like to incorporate the supra slammer into my routine. I would like to know what you think of this excercise for both girth and length. I have been doing it for about a week and it seems to do the trick.
Answer: Though I don't necessarily agree with the "science" described by some of it's users, the Supra Slammer has proven to yield good results. The "Supra Slammer" itself is actually a combination of Stop and Starts, Jelqs, ULIs, Kegels, and Squeezes. You can read more about the Supra Slammer HERE.
