Question: Does VigRx Oil really work, even for someone that has a problem with E.D.
Answer: VigRx Oil definitely works. If you have a very bad case of ED, you may need more than just VigRx Oil- you may need concentrated stamina work or a trip to a urologist.

Question: If ive been using Prosolution pills for two months then decide to stop for a bit, are my gains from PE exercises going to slow down or stop in any way? I am questioning whether i truly NEED the pills to make fast and dramatic gains with PE exercises, are there any other "more affordable" alternatives?
Answer: You don't NEED pills- they are a supplement that will enhance your gains. What you need to gain is exercises.

Question: Will taking ZMA (zinc, magnesium, vitamin B6) as well as Prosolution pills ( which contain 160% of daily zinc intake) be giving me a surplus of zinc? Is this harmful in any way?
Answer: ZMA is perfectly fine to take. It will give you the zinc that you need. You can order ZMA cheap from http://www.idealsupplements.com .

Question: What would you recommend to be the most effective length exercise?
Answer: I would say the Tension Stretch. You'll find a list of our Advanced Lengthening Exercises HERE.

Question: I have been using the SizeGenetics for a 1-1/2 months. My question is do I need to do PE exercises also? My main reason for starting wasn't due to my size, but to my erectile dysfunction. I have tried all the wonder drugs, but they don't help. The only thing that has helped was using an injection. I just have a problem sticking a needle in my penis. The doctor I saw said I had a problem with blood flow, and wanted to put a implant in, but my insurance wouldn't cover the procedure. Am I on the right track, and is there anything else you can suggest? Thanks For Your Help Dannie
Answer: In my opinion, manual exercise (like those found at Penile Fitness give superior results in comparison to other methods of penis enlargement. I would suggest doing stamina exercises to treat your erectile problems. You'll find a list of stamina exercises (along with video instructions) HERE. If you don't mind me asking, what was the medical diagnosis for your ED?

Question: what is the function of the oils in the market
Answer: Oils like VigRx Oil act as both a lubricant and as an erector. You can use the oil prior to sex for added hardness and stamina.

Question: Yes, I have started doing the exercises as soon as I started taking the ProSolution pills...Jelqs, Stretches, Squeezes, Kegels, etc....but have noticed barely any results at all, maybe 1/4 of an inch if anything in thickness...but I was wondering what YOU would recommend as the best pill to accompany my exercise plan...that is if Prosultion isnt one of them.
Answer: You should straighten out your routine first; PILLS are just a supplement. Can you provide more details on your routine?

Question: Ive been using Prosolution pills for almost two months now, and have hardly noticed any significant or dramatic results...my erection has improved slightly, but the difference is barely anything worth noting, and ive noticed no flaccid gains whatsoever...im starting to doubt whether these pills truly work or not, yet ive heard so many good things about them...could I be doing somethign wrong? Is there another brand of pill youd recommend to accompany my PE?
Answer: Are you doing exercises along with taking the pills? You can't expect results if you're not doing the exercises- the pills are merely a supplement to be used IN CONJUNCTION with exercises.

Question: Can you recommend what you think to be the most effective girth exercise?
Answer: I would have to suggest The Squeeze.
Posted on: 2007-05-28
Question: What are more effective, soft or hard lengthning exercises?
Answer: All of your stretches should be done with a flaccid penis unless otherwise indicated.

Question: Hi I asked the question on changing my routine on May 26, in increasing the number of reps per workout, should I reduce the time per rep and rest time between reps. I presently take about 5 secs between each 10 sec rep. The problem with increasing reps with the way I presently do the workout is that it is already about 1 hour long. Would it be ok to do 5 sec reps and take just a couple of seconds between reps to readjust the grip? Thanks
Answer: If your workout is an hour long then I suggest revamping your routine to focus on intensity. There's no way that your routine can be focused on intensity AND is an hour long- unless you're intent on destroying your penis! The typical jelq stroke should be about 3 seconds long.

Question: Can you recommend a workout routine for someone like me who doesnt have very much free time to spare (I am currently doing 10 min warmup, 15 min squeezes, 25 min jelqing, 10 min stretching, 10 min warmup..and this takes far too much time i find). Id like a routine that takes less time but is still very effective.
Answer: I don't know where you obtained your routine, but for one- there's too much volume, and second, there's no mention of progression sequences. Please look over the routines in the Member's Area for more details. Follow them as described for best results.

Question: I have been doing PE for about 1 year and 3 months now . I started out with 5" length, and 4.75" with. Presently I am about 7.5" length and 5.75" with. My present routine consists of 5 min pc work, 5 min slow 5 sec jelqs, 15 min of 10 sec squeezes, 5 min rest to loose erction completely, 5 min of 20 sec med intensity stretches in all directions to loosen up, and 15 min of intense 10 sec tension stretches up, out, and down. I recently started doing the pnf stretch 1 rep per workout. I do this routine 3 days on 1 off and 2 days on one off. I would like to change my routine somehow to continue to grow since I feel I have hit a plateu. I would appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks.
Answer: The problem with going by the clock instead of counting reps is that you can't accurately gauge your progress. I would suggest counting reps and trying to increase reps each workout. That change alone will make a huge difference in your workouts.

Question: I have recently been having trouble staying hard for an extended period of time. Even if I am very aroused I don't stay erect for more than a couple of minutes. It seems that I am only staying hard when having some sort of stimulation, and I reach my climax very quickly. This is fairly new and I am confused on why this is happening.
Answer: Are you experiencing any new stress that could be causing this? What kind of Stamina Work are you doing?
Posted on: 2007-05-23
Question: I find it difficult to do the penis extension exercises because I get an can achieve an erection very easily. Are there any tips I could use to get a semi-erect penis.
Answer: I would suggest ejaculating about 15 minutes prior to your stretxhes. That way, you won't be as prone to getting erect.

Question: I've purchased your exercise product (For Men Only) and I've only been doing the exercises for about a week and a half. Well, I've just now for the first time kept myself from getting a rock hardon and do the exercises with a semi hardon like it's recommends for best results. Now I've a bruise spot at the base of my penis. What am I doing wrong and is the bruise cause for alarm?
Answer: As you've probably noticed, the FMO I routine is very basic and not too challenging for most men. The reason for that is so that the trainee can get a feel of penis enlargement exercises and develop a strength base for the more intense routines to come. A bruise is a sign that you've used too much force. For now, I would suggest rest, some light localized massage, and lots of hot soaks/wraps to alleviate the bruising. Once you've healed, resume at a lighter intensity. Always remember that it's best to use too little intensity than too much.
