
If you spend too much time at work, if you feel like you never have time or energy to have fun and if you realize that your life is unhealthy – you must try to find a balance, otherwise it will not be good for you in future. What is important to you? Is it family, friends, career, leisure time, sport, work or hobbies? Because each of us has goals or values which are different of the other, there is no standard solution to balance our life or lifestyle. Once you have reflected on the things you do and you realized which are your needs and priorities, you can make a plan. Here are some tips for you to choose from.
Learn to manage your time correctly
Give yourself a defined time for each activity in part
Learn to say "No" to a project from the job or to a party, depending on your priorities and plans. Do not just accept anything else than what fits closely on what you want or you need. Try to prioritize everything to have a correct management of your time and do whatever you want.
Try to banish stress and fatigue from your life
Find a job with a flexible program, one that you like, in which you can work over a longer period to be free then, and which has organized holidays. Many companies recognize the importance of health and peace their main resource must have, namely people. Thus, these companies try to offer employees a job in which the balance to be main consideration.
Focus on things that are benefic for you
Always make time for you
Create opportunities to relax and take a break whenever you need it. Making time for watching TV is important, but only as long as you watch something that you really like. Take a vacation when you feel like you get tired. Just the fact that you are interested in a holiday and you think about it will refresh the batteries.
Be creative
Find yourself a hobby. Work does not count. Try to draw, write or take photographs. You'll be surprised how much it relaxes you.
Try to find a bridge-head
Go to a friend and talk with him because a good friend you will never knock, but will advise. Find a person who can help your career and follow that person and activities related to work that unfolds. Speak always with the woman next to you and if you have children with them too. Accept long-term plans that you have done and think about how to meet them. Always celebrate moments in your success in anything.

Create opportunities which help you meet as often as you can the people you care about. Call, send emails or make a visit. If you think that it relaxes you, write letters, take pictures and send them to those who live somewhere else than you. Continuity between past, present and future will make you feel balanced.

Plan a date
Make time to go on a date with your wife or with a friend. If you wait until Friday night and then quickly say "Let’s go to a pizza" it does not matter. Call and ask in advance, make reservations if necessary. Regardless you get out to lunch with your wife or a woman that you have been going out with lately (it is clear that in this case you are not married), your sexual life will only gain.
Socialize
It is very important to socialize, especially if you're single. To work too much and not have energy and time for you can make you get into hibernation, and people do not do that. Your boss expects you to be enthusiastic, healthy and to work with love. Friends expect you to meet with them for a beer, a game or a party; they don’t expect you to say ‘no’ every time. To keep a balance between life and job, you need to socialize and test your wisdom, imagination and knowledge.
Make plans
Do not work late and don’t make a habit from working at home all the time. Do this only when you have something urgent to do or when you have a deadline that must be respected. It is not ok for your career to be one of those who are watching the clock and expect for the time to go, but it is very good to be a person who makes plans for the evenings or weekends. Relaxation will do good to your health, but it will also help you focus. No matter if you make plans to go out with your fellows for a beer or go to the gym, it is well emotionally. You work differently when you know that you have something pleasant expecting you.

If you feel sick or tired, do something, and do not stay with this state. You do not do anyone good if you go to work or a bear with a perpetual cough. If you feel exhausted or if you are suffering from insomnia, remember that stress is affecting you physically and take a break.
Eat well
If you notice that you started to eat and to drink much try to reduce the quantities. It is never a need to make major changes; even small changes can help a lot.
Exercise
Go to the gym and start practicing a sport. Try to spend your time outside because this will make a balance with the agitated life of the city. Go out for a walk in the park, go to the country by car, or go to the mountains or the sea. Turn off your phone and enjoy the quiet. Breathe and forget everyday worries. It helps you do something different in a relaxing environment.
