Dangers in the speed century

It is probably not known, but the information that we need so much in some cases and for which we spend a lot of time and energy to get, may become a pathogen factor. And this is due both to the quantity and the quality of the information received by our brain.

It is obvious that we need the information, that it is necessary for us, but besides the numerous benefits, there are also more negative effects brought by it.

In the last years, our brain had to deal a larger and more complex quantity of information despite of the fact that it has a limited capacity to process it.

We must know that, no matter how much information it needs, the brain cannot process more than 14 bites per second. What passes this value has a negative effect on our person, lowering the intellectual efficiency, tiredness, sleep disturbances, anxiety, and depression.

Causes of stress
The informational stress is a form of stress which is frequently manifested amid us. This is caused by pollution, crowd, radiations, and informational development, physical and intellectual sustained effort.

In a not so long period, the individual gave up the physical activities, which solicit the oste-articular system and the cardiovascular apparatus, and it started more neuropsyhical activities.

So now, the decisions we take are no longer accomplished with the help of the muscles, and we no longer make physical activities which have the role to stimulate the cardiovascular system the way we should.

So, it may be good to keep in mind the fact that in our daily food we should include zinc, selenium, Q 10 products, lecithin, and ginkgo biloba, and our lifestyle should be an equilibrated one, and as healthy as possible.

PARANOIA
From the etymological point of view, the word “paranoia” derives from Greek and it means “para” = near, and “noia” = judgment.

Paranoia develops on the ground of a constitutional predisposition in which egocentrism and inadaptability are innate features and serve as premises and explanation for the whole delirious structure.

The people who suffer from paranoia have the next features: inadaptability, the ego hypertrophy, reason error, and suspicion.

How does it react?
In most of the cases it is about persons with persons with an apparently normal behavior, well oriented and capable to accomplish their purposes.

The morbid structure seems to appear on the personal objectives and purposes line.

These purposes are not in accordance with the real possibilities of the persons, with their social status or with their rapports with the others.

The structure of their personalities is characterized by rigidity, ego, distrust, egocentrism. On this background, any emotional experience or unaccomplished wish focuses their whole activity in the purpose of accomplishing these wishes. Any block is interpreted as an injustice, as hostility.

Some believe that they have to accomplish important missions, some that are loved by distinguished persons or that they are betrayed.

The patients become impenetrable, do not react and do not remember from reality just the events that match their interpretations. So, the delirant system is created, a system that is characterized by false premises and the impenetrability to criticism. The most frequent false premises are given by delirant interpretations and intuitions of the present or of the past in the form of memory illusions.

The response of the sick persons to the adverse attitude that the persons they have contact with have to their pathologic behavior, determines their progressive inadaptation and their resort to antisocial actions.

The sick persons cannot understand the non concordance of their ideas with the others and start to believe that they are persecuted, followed, betrayed.
