Healthy habits for the holidays

Holidays should be connected with meetings with your friends, spending time with your family, and the moderated consumption of foods.

In order not to have any surprises once the festive period is over, here are some things you must pay attention to.

Alcohol
Alcohol comes together with the holidays, but you must know that it contains sugar and carbs. Skip the sweet cocktails and try to drink champagne, wine and dry drinks.

Breakfast
Instead of buying a chocolate bar on your way to work, wait until 11 o’clock and eat an apple. At this time of the day, your body starts digesting properly.
