- Are you willing to travel for the interest of your company? Are you willing to move
if you have to?
- Tell us a moment in which you had to fight a major problem. How did you handle it? What solutions did you came up with to solve the problem?
- What are your hobbies and your interests? Do you practice any sport?
- Have you had to deal with a problem which required a rapid solving? If yes, how did you handle it?
- When you solve a task, do you prefer the traditional style accepted by everyone or do you rather endorse a new, innovative style?
- Describe a tense interpersonal relationship at your work with which you had to deal. How did you manage to get over it?
- Did you have to work with incompetent colleagues, and if you did, how did you handle the situation?
- Tell a moment in which you had to take a difficult personal decision.
- Do you help your work colleagues who are going through a difficult time or who are in a critical situation?
- What is the most important purpose you have and what you proposed to do in order to reach it?
- Can you describe a moment in which you had to work under time pressure?
