You work very hard and you do not feel like anything? Are you looking forward to the weekend to sleep more and do you always make plans that you don’t fulfill, and you woke up on Monday with your face at the sheet, nervous again that you have not done anything that you wanted to do? You have to get rid of the vicious circle where you are.

A cliché says "live every day like it would be your last, but isn’t that a solution to get rid of stress and make you feel like everything you do has finality? It is worth trying! It's easy! Take it easy; do not be so focused on just what you need to do really. Do something different every day, change your habits. Help people, learn something new, relax, be thankful with what you have and with what you have done that day, feel good in your skin.

The thirst for knowledge should motivate you, it should make you spend your free time in a much more pleasant and helpful way. Make a list of all the things you are interested about, whether it's about Formula 1 or the theory of relativity. Impose yourself a time limit within which to learn as many as you can and every time you have some time, inform yourself about the subject that you are passionate about. Subscribe to a course, whether it is about knitting, cooking, and computers.

Take some courses of swimming, skiing, parachuting. Without loading your program too much, follow the plan set and approach new challenges. Have new experiences every day if you have the chance. In the lunch break at work, why eat the same sandwich when you could go alone or with some colleagues, to a new open restaurant, a cafe that you have heard of, but you have never "tried". Take little risks and try to find out about the culinary habits of Asian or other areas.

Listen to people. Make time for people around you or just sit and talk with them. There surely are colleagues in your company that you have not changed for a long time nothing more than an occasional greeting. Try to listen and to learn from the others. Help your older next door neighbor; simply visit him / her to see how you he/she is. Elderly stay for a long time alone and need someone to talk to.




A few minutes per day count very much for him/her and no matter how cynical it would seem it will help you feel better in your skin. Have fun! Get into a club, a team of football, basketball or any other sport you like. You will not only keep in shape, but you will know interesting people who might prove more reliable friends than others that you have known for years. Make a list of cocktails and sorts of wines that you have not tried and seek to "meet" all (preferably not in the same evening). Be spontaneous! Do something out of routine.

Change the route to work at home and walk for a while, or call your office mate and get a cup of coffee. Not everything must be planned in advance. If you do not know what to do in the weekend, it is good. Take your girlfriend or your friends, get in the car and hit the road, without a specific destination. The trip itself is often more fun. It gives you time to relax. Close the phone, the radio, the computer and walk a little through town, out in the park, or read a book. Try to cheer up people. If you go in the middle of the night at the corner store, and the seller is a little fatigue, be polite, thank her for the services.

Never look down to those around you, whether it's about a colleague who occupies an inferior position, either about the maid. Don’t forget those you love. Family and friends are always with you, so you have to repay them. Call your friends at least once a week to keep in touch of what is happening in their lives. Surprise your parents and visit them often, send your mother flowers for no reason.

Be always optimistic. Think positive, worry about the problems of people around you too, not only about yours. Start each day as if you have won a million dollars, as everything is perfect. Smile and help the people smile. Thus, you will not feel alone and useless, but you could say that you did something to count that day!
