Multiple Orgasms Part 2 Who Says Less is More?
Last week we began this two-part series by laying out the truth on the multiple orgasms, what they are, how they feel, and the types that may occur. This week we'll get into the nitty-gritty on a few techniques you can use to more successfully turn her O into O, O, O, O, O, O.... So lets get to it! Are you ready boys? Yes! Yes! Yes!
Generally, serial orgasms have to be approached a little more differently then sequential multiple orgasms. Remember, these are orgasms that come in one continuous string so that they almost seem like one long orgasm with multiple peak points. This type of orgasm is often achieved when an extended period of foreplay has occurred. Here, it is imperative that the female reaches a high level of arousal before any penetration occurs. Like stretching your muscles before exercise, this is a preparation technique that will give her a head start on this type of multiple O. Lise says, "Thrusting in rhythm to the contractions of my first orgasm sometimes makes it a multiple, but the best way to prepare me for or to make it more likely for me to have a serial multiple orgasm is to prime me with a good, long session of oral sex. The most pleasurable way to do this is with a combination of hands and tongue. For example, one time my boyfriend was stroking my g-spot with his index and middle finger while he was licking my clit with his tongue. This felt absolutely amazing but that's not where it ended! He used his other hand to caress my ass and stimulate my rectum, touching it very gently while everything else was happening. This had my pleasure meter soaring! I tried so hard to stop myself from coming and then he let me climb on top of him so I could control my own stimulation. I find if I get it just right his penis continues stimulating my g-spot during girl-on-top intercourse. This combined with the new feeling of fullness in my vagina has often brought on serial orgasms that just don't end!" Sequential orgasms can also be enhanced with extended foreplay (foreplay is always a good thing with us women) but your technique must also concentrate on what happens during and directly after her first orgasm. When she has her first orgasm, contractions occur all over her body, but most importantly they occur in her pubococcygeus muscle (pc muscle), anal sphincter, rectum, uterus and outer 1/3 of her vagina. The first few contractions she experiences will be very intense and close together occurring at about 0.8 to 1 second intervals. As her orgasm continues the intensity of these contractions will decrease while the time span between them increases. Once they begin to level off, it may be time to move in for more stimulation. Joanne explains, "When my boyfriend keeps rubbing my clit after my first orgasm there is a certain technique he uses. I'm not sure how he learned this but it seems to work! Basically he tries to tune himself into my body's reactions to the first orgasm. For example, he usually adjusts his level of manual stimulation to the intensity of the contractions I have. Like, one time he was stimulating my clitoris intensely until I peaked, then he gradually reduced the pressure and amount of movement he was applying to my clit. He did this for about 15 to 20 seconds until he was gently rubbing by entire pubic region with his whole hand. This kept my genitals tingling for quite some time. He continued this for a little while and then reversed the whole process going very gentle to more intense over a period of what I would say is two or three minutes. It was pretty amazing! Then he just repeats the whole thing over and over and over until I decide when he should stop! Then it's his turn!" The accounts of both Joanne and Lise should serve as good starting points when venturing on your quest to give her the big O-O-O-O... but always remember that every woman is different therefore you will need to experiment and communicate with each other in order to improve her chances of achieving any type of multiple orgasm. This means trying different positions and increasing the amounts of foreplay, afterplay, oral sex and manual stimulation. One thing she can do in her "˜spare time' to increase the likelihood is perform Kegel exercises. These exercises tone and strengthen the pc muscle and can increase then intensity of her contractions during orgasm. In fact, it is even possible for her to induce orgasm by flexing these muscles rhythmically during sex. To exercise these muscles she first must identify how to control them. The best way for her to do this is while she is urinating (while sitting on the toilet). If she tries to stop the flow of urine mid-stream, she is using her pc muscles. Once she becomes aware of how they work she will be able to flex these muscles without urinating, while lying in bed, waiting for the bus or watching TV. Strong pc muscles always means better sex, for both you and her, so make sure you give her some homework the next time you see her.
