The producer of "Girls Gone Wild" has offered to drop a cool million in the lap of former Gov. Eliot Spitzer's favorite hooker a day after it was revealed she slapped him with a $10 million suit.
"She should keep in mind, it's considerably more than the Governor of New York paid her, and our activities aren't illegal," Francis told the Daily News.
Francis said Ashley Alexandra Dupré has "zero" chance of winning her lawsuit, adding that his offer was not a ploy to get her to drop the suit. Instead, Francis said he's offering the aspiring songstress $1 million to host and to promote various Girls Gone Wild events.
Dupré sued the sleaze-meister in March for allegedly getting her drunk and "tricking" her into disrobing for the camera during a 2003 vacation in Florida - and then using the footage in a video series without her permission.
"It is incomprehensible that Ms. Dupré could claim she did not give her consent to be filmed by 'Girls Gone Wild,' when in fact we have videotape of her giving consent, while showing her identification," he said.
"She's seeking $10 million for topless photos taken in front of a room full of people, including... multiple crews we had in the room. These images were taken in public places and contain no sexual contact."
Francis first offered Dupré $1 million to appear in his soft-porn films in the days after she was unmasked as Kristen, the prostitute who serviced Spitzer at the Mayflower Hotel for $4,300. Spitzer resigned after the scandal broke.
Francis withdrew his initial offer to Dupré after The News discovered she had already appeared in a "Girls Gone Wild" video and asked Francis for comment.
"The Daily News just saved me a million dollars," said Francis at the time.
