    Hey guys...

    To the guys who have been on the program for a while and have gained result from PE exercise. I wonder what's your daily routine of what time of day do you useally do the workout? And what food/beverage intake daily? See, I'm trying to get an idea of what everyone is doing.....see for example.. look below..

    Buckman55 (ME!!)
    5'9 215-220 lbs
    about 15 lbs overwieght
    Built, did previous weight lifting in my younger years, (8 years ago) Now, got a little "love handle" around my waist.
    35 year old male
    5x4 2 weeks ago.
    almost 5 1/4 lenth x a little more than 4 1/4  girth.
    seems like I'm getting more in girth than in lenth.

    My penile workout. 15 min hot wrap, 10 min xenders (really pulling it, streching it out nicely) 15 minutes Jelq, 20-25 minues Power Jelq, making it each flex really burn!! slowly squeezing it out all the way to the head. 15-min hot wrap. 5 days on, 2 days off.

    5:30 am getting up
    No time for breakfast, grab a mountain dew (my cold coffee) be on the road by 6 am..
    Driving to work takes an hour to work.  That's when I do my kegel (flex) workouts an hour worth.
    Sitting most of day "working" on computer from 7:30aM-400 pm
    Drinking a couple cups of coffee, till about 10 am..
    One hour lunch go to restaruants have specials, mostly meats and potatoes. Some times bring leftover supper from previous night.
    Back to "work" sitting working on computer
    Drinking 2-3 more pop, mostly moutain dew
    Leaving work at 4 heading home (another 1 hour drive to home) Again some more of that kegel (flex) workout
    Work around house for about an hour, chores, mow, help wife make supper
    Play with kids till supper
    Have supper with kids and wife
    Plentiful of food, meats, vegetables, wheat, pastas, large quanities settings!!
    Spend family time with family
    8:30 kids go to bed
    Cuddle with wife watching TV till about 10 or 11..wife goes to bed.
    Finally house to myself..but have to be quiet
    go to basement, do the workout on my unit. 45 minutes- 1 hour.
    I do penile workout 5 days on and 2 days off, giving my unit lots of rests during off days.
    In bed by midnight...
    Repeating morning step.
    About once a week I make love to my wife.
    About 6 or 7 hours of sleep a night.
    Taking some supplements, L-Arginine, Yohimbe, Zinc daily.
    I don't drink ahcohol that much, once a week? a 6 pack of beer that's about it.
    Not too much stress I guess.

    That's what I pretty much I do everyday. Same ol thing. Now I'm wondering for the people who's been on the program for a while and have gained some results, have a different type of life? More of alethtic working, postal, construction, people who work while walking doing some excersise rather than sitting in an office. And what their eating habits.. have more sleep..You know what I'm saying?

    When I read this post, I don't even understand what I'm saying..ok What I'm trying to say is that for those of you guys who have gained good results, do they lead different lives compared to others who have been on the program and have little succes on gains?

    I was hoping you guys would post it here, and type in Hold old you are, how long you've been on, what's your daily routine, food/beverage intake, what time of day you do the penile workout. And how often you have sex with your girlfriend/wife. What's your results size from begining to now. What supplement you're taking. Type in what I typed in..from morning to bed.

    I'm trying to see if there's a different, compared to other people who have lead different lives to others to see if they gain better gain results than others.

    Don't just see them and leave without posting your routine. I can see how many of you guys have seen this by how many hits this page would have. Don't be shy! Post your daily/routine PLEASE! It would give me, and maybe others give an idea what percentage of what kind of lives to live to gain better results than others....

    Would really appreciate it!!

    Aw...man..Thanks!

    But you can do it..it took me alot of determination to do it..just plant it in your mind..make it as if it all you think about..but try not to show it to others..lol..you know? I mean, Completely think how you'd do it. Nice and slow...feel it every jelq you do..make it feel good..make it you want to do it. I like to do it with my eyes closed and really focus it..makes it more worthwhile!!

    As for your email address...I'll email you, but not right now. I'll email you in the morning, when I'm at work. I have to get going to visit my mother-in-law. I've got only a couple minutes on the computer yet. thanks for the reply!

        Hey buckman55, I started the program back in August and hit my goal by November. Since then I've been doing the maintenance routine which includes 10 min hot wrap, 5 min xtenders, 5 min jelq, 15 min hot wrap, three days a week. My pre-achievement routine was 15 min hot wrap, 20 min xtenders, 15 min jelq, 15 min power jelq, 15 min hot wrap. I started out at 7.25" long and 6" wide, I wanted a little more length but I wanted to leave my girth as is/was. Now I measure 8" in length and 6.5" in girth, but my flaccid gain went from 4.25" to about 5.8" after the program. I also take vitamins daily and eat fairly well. I think having a thin build was actually a blessing during this program because doctors say that losing 35 lbs. adds roughly an inch to your penis (assuming that your waist is >36"). Don't forget to do at least 300 kegels per day and do the ejaculation control exercises, they were even more beneficial than the whole size thing. I hope the program brings you the desired results, good luck.

    Wow, that's great info! (writing it down!!) I'm learning! Thanks! Soon you hit your goal...doing the maintenance routine. Wow. Ok. Got it. The achievement routine is what I have now as your was. Same thing, 15 min jelq, 15 min power jelq.

    About the kegels, I do them whenever I can..sitting in car on the way/back from home/work...in office.

    Yeah, you're pretty good guessing my waist size, I'm a 36...LOL..

    I just relaized something...what would happen if I just loose weight...(I think I'm about 15-20 lbs overweight) What would happen if I do some running, or use the stepmaster, you know cardinal excersise, but would that effect the resting period of your unit? I mean, as long you do the excersise, your body, all the muscles being used for the workout, does it effect the growth the unit when your legs muscles being used?

    Just wondering...

    Hey buckman55:

        The best way to assess how weight loss will affect the size of your unit is do the following- stand up, place your finger about an inch above the base of your penis and push in. That layer of fat is actually subtracting from the protuding length of your shaft. If you can burn that off, then it'll essentially be giving you more length. However, this area over you pubic bone can be a hassle to get rid off, I mean I have a 32" waist and still have about 1/2" of fat above my base. The exercises that are best suited to reduce this area are:- reverse sit-ups,  45 degree-angled leg lifts, running (long distance) and swimming. I hope this will be of help to you, good luck with the program.

    Buckman,

    You're drinking 4 sodas, 3 cups of coffee per day, not eating enough, and not eating often enough. I would suggest that is you want to lose weight and have much better results from PE, then do the following:
    1) Cut your sugar content down. Do you have any idea how much sugar you put into your body with 4 mountain dews? Read the label. Sugar is not good for you and will not help you recover from the PE workouts. Not only that, sugar is linked to Diabetes, the number 2 killer in adults. Drink water instead. 20-30 grams of sugar per day max, is all you should have. Right now, you are taking in about 200 or more.
    2) Mountain Dew has the most caffeine of any soda. So, your drinking the equivilant of about 14 cups of coffee per day with all of your sodas and coffee. this is NOT going to help PE at all. I'm sure it will hinder your results, not tot mention caffeine is very addictive and robs the body of minerals, vitamins, etc., that are used to help the body repair, rebuild, and grow.
    3) Eat more frequently. 5-6 small meals per day is best, not twice per day. Grab some protein bars and protein drinks at the GNC(you seem to live there) and eath them in between meals. This will keep your metabolism high, so you can lose fat and your body will recover much better after PE.
    4) Drink more water. The body is 70% water, not mountain dew. Water is the key to hydration, digestion, healthy orgins, etc. Replace the sodas and coffee with bottled water. Cut down to one or two cups of coffee per day.

    So, when you drive to work, try drinking a liter of water, and eating a protein bar. Be innovative...you'll find ways to eat better and more often if you plan it out. Having no time is not an excuse, you have to make the time. Since you sit at a desk all day, keep good snacks and mini meals at your desk. Eat something ever 3 hours...and DRINK your water.

    I know, I know...I used to lift alot back in my younger days..I just love Mountain Dew...I mean, I live on that shit. (chuckling) It just give me engergy..also I love the taste of it.

    Tell you what I'll just cut off of that Pop..also the coffee too..I'll just start eating right..first thing in the am, I'll just drink Orange Juice, drink lots of water..

    Eating in between breakfast and lunch..small protein snacks..ok. I'll do that.. boy talk about a major change..I know I'll improve my health and my engergy levels too...I see what you're saying..

    It's like a big wake up call for me..I've been kinda lazy when it comes to focusing my health/workouts...it's always (I can do it later..) you know? I think I need a be kick myself in the ass!

    Buckman,

    Just do it. Don't find excuses why you can't, rather make reasons why you must.

    You will have to give up the taste if you want to make changes. Remember, high protein, low/moderate carbs, no suger and some fats. Protein, not just orange juice in the AM, is very important to get your body in a positive nitrogen balance.

    Also, you say you're 215-220 at 5'9". I would focus on getting your weight down to about 180. I'm a personal trainer and am also 5'9" at 190, but very muscular and defined (not much body fat). I'm 37 years old.

    Stay focused.

    Merry Christmas!

    Ahhh...talk about eating right at this time of the year...I can't! LOL...So many good food to be eaten!! Turkey, Stuffing, Dessert...MMM! I think I'll start a strict diet by New Year's Eve, make it as a New Year's resulution!

    I'm in my office now..I woke up this early am, and usually I grab a Mountain Dew for the 1 hour drive to work..man, only this time I didn't get any Pop...Gee!! Took me longer to wake up! lol... But I stopped by at a gas station on the way to work and got some bottled Juice "Dole" Orange Juice... I noticed on the back of the label, that it contained 26g of sugar! I didn't realize that till I got to my office and I'd already drank it all..

    So I won't be drinking any coffee...(looking at my hand....shaking!!) Shit.

    I'll make it through..just drink lots of water.. I also bought some Grape fruit as for some breakfast. I didn't really have time to go shopping for the rest of day..wasn't sure what kind of high protein snack to get...

    Can you do me a favor? Could you write up a simple menu that I could eat during the day? I mean, I'm the type of a guy who's really busy in my office and have no time to make lunch.  So I'm hoping you could come up with a menu that I could use as a daily dietary food. Something with a protien drink..every couple hours eat what!?!?

    Seeing that you're a personal trainer, I would also assume that you know your way around foods too. I used to lift weights too..I've always tried to gain mass, eat lots of foods, mostly meats, for hight protein..High carbo, eating lots of pasta.. And ever since I got married I've gotten used to eating the same types of food..I love em...Steaks, chicken, Pork...and lots of spegetti!! Shit I love eating em!!

    You should see me when I was in High school.. in 12th grade I was weighting a even 200 lbs, lean, muscular, well defined too..played football, hockey. I've kept lifting weights for the next 15 years...maintaining my built gaining more weights, bulk, mass, I weighted a good 235 lbs at my top condition..my maxed out perfect top notch shape, that was 9 years ago..but since then I met my wife, and for some reason I stopped working out because I started this construction job working as a sandblaster, which required lots of physical work..I mean, it didn't make much sense to continue lift weights because I was physically drained from the work. And over time I losts weight down to a even 200 lbs again...

    But I started another job about 2 years ago as a Web development team working here in my office...and I just haven't gone back to working lifting weights, hard to make time for it already, spending time at home as much as I can is already hard enough. And I figured that working around the house, Mowing, cutting wood for the stove, etc. was enough for me..but I could see that I still eat the same amount of food as I've always did, and looking at my weight now..220 lbs..I still have my built..but my gut is a little big, love handles...

    I've always been a stocking built..big boned..you know kinda short, 5'9", for a weight lifter..soooo..

    Sorry to bore you with my lift story, I was trying to give you an idea what kind of life I've been leading..the eating habits. So I'm hoping you could whip up some kind of a dailey menu that I could have to increase the metabolism, to give me energy, enough protein for my unit to grow, and still be able to loose fat..

    I would think I'd have to get in some kind of a workout program heh? What would you recommend for me? I don't want to loose the "growing process" of my unit while I'm working out...you know what I'm saying?

    Any infor would be appreciated!

    Hey Buck...we could be twins...I'm 36 (almost 37), wife, 2 kids and work in the computer industry. I started the program on 9/10/01 and since then have gained in both length and girth. I started at 5" L and 5" G. After 3 months I grew to 6.25" L and 5.75" G. My routine is the same as yours, except I'm a morning person and prefer to workout at 4:30 AM. After a good one hour and 15 minute PE workout I hit the gym to work the rest of my body. I do this Monday through Friday and rest on the weekends. Don't see where you are getting any exercise. I would certainly add something like walking at the very least to help you shave off the weight. Also I suggest to lay off the complex carbs, i.e. pastas, breads, rice, etc. I was eating far too much of these and not loosing any weight. I bought the book, "The Zone Diet" and follow that as well as this program. I'm a new man as a result and have the best build and penis ever! Good luck!

    OK Buckman, I'm gonna try to put down as much pertinent info as I can think of, but if I forget any important details, just ask.
    Length of time on workout: 11 weeks.
    Starting length: 7.25 inches.
    Current length: 7.75 inches.
    Starting width: 5.75 inches.
    Current width: 6.25 inches.
        Sounds like my gains have been pretty consistent right?  Actually, I gained most of my width in the first 3 weeks, the increased length came later.
    My workout:
    10 minutes hot-wraps
    15 minutes extenders
    15 minutes jelqing
    15 minutes power jelqing mixed with jelq and holds.
    15 minutes hot-wraps
        I do the hot-wraps with washcloth that I re-wet every two minutes.  Extenders seem boring compared to jelqing, which I enjoy, but I read a recent Mako post that he did extenders 30-50 minutes which certainly paid off for him.  I feel confident in my strong jelqing, but I'm thinking about adding Chiefy's power squeeze into my routine.  I do my routine 5 days on, 2 days off per week.
    Age: 28
    Height: 5' 6"
    Weight: 145
    Daily routine: Wake up at 6:30.  Do 8 minute ab workout and 8 minute glut workout.  Do P.E. workout.  Shower, pack lunch and eat breakfast. Breakfast consists of either waffles or bagles.  I wish I could eat something heartier like eggs, but I hate eggs.  Go to work from 10-6, usually lunch consists of turkey or other meat sandwich, piece of fruit and soda.  I'm pretty good about drinking 8 glasses of water a day, but I think I should eat more fruit during the day.  I get home and usually have some pasta and salad, or enchiladas or burgers, all of which I imagine are high in carbs.  I'd like to find out more about conforming my diet to a healthier lifestyle.  Getting the necessary protein, vitamins, etc.  I do take vitamin C and echinacea every day, but I'm curious about the other supplements people on the program take like L-Arginine.  I usually have sex with my girlfriend 2 to 3 times a week, but when we move in together next month, I hope that will increase!  Finally, I go to sleep sometime before or after midnight.  I usually get about 6 hours sleep, which is vast improvement in my insomnia-ridden life.  Perhaps if I had a regular workout program besides abs and gluts, something that involved weights, I might be more motivated to get more sleep, but I just can't find the time to fit in that kind of workout.  We all have goals to focus on for the future, I guess.  Good luck to everyone in acheiving your goals!
