Buckman, Now the voice of experince from the old fart!
I am 65 and now retired, and I gained while working many mostly at a desk many more hours than u.
The trainer gave u outstanding advise. I hope u r wise enough to follow it. Your eating and liquid intake were horrible.
You have plenty of time before u go to work for the enlargement program, some physiical exercise, and a good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit,juice and grains from hot or cold cereal. If your wife joins you for breakfast it will help her also.
During the day drink lots of water, if snacks low in fat and few. Eat a healhy lunch, a nice big salad (low fat dressing) and maybe a tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread.
After work, enjoy your family. Encourage your wife to go easy on red meat. Instesd, mostly foul or fish,with lots healthy vegetables. You will fell better lose excess weigh, have better sex and enjoy ur job. Your family wiill eat better. Then, after sex, get a good night's sleep to repliinish ur body; so u can get up very early to repeat the same each woderful day.
I know, it worked for me me for many years before I found this, even if I worked more hours. My stats Age: 65 Height 5'8" Weight: 142 Body Fat: minimal Exercise: 1 hour 3 days a week with trainer Cock: Starting length: 5" Now: 7.75 Goal: 8.5 Starting girth: unk Now: 6+ Goal: 7+
PE: I warm up with with an electric heating pad or a wide-mouthed jar with water NOT hot enough to cook it for 15 minutes. Then 30-45 minutes of Length Xtenders alternating with Stretch and Flex followed by hot wrap in jar for 10 minutes before 20-25 minutes of Power Jelq, and finally 15 minutes of hot wrap. Then have water and fruit to restore energy. Now, I consentrate on length.
And this is how senior citizen (official old fart) widower does it. Hope it will improve ur cock and life.
Ps: I am Chairman of the Wellness Committtee, which stresses heathy eating and exercise for overal quality of life at the retirement resort where enjoy living. dub

Ahh... guys Thanks for responding!!
Sorry I haven't responded in a while. Last week this was down, and I'd working outside for the past a couple days. I haven't been on my computer for a long while neither!
I know, I know...Start eating right is what I have to do..I made a new years resolution about eating. So far so good.. been eating lots more fruit. I've stopped drinking Mountain Dew, (I'm still crying over it) lol.. I love that taste!!!
And I'm drinking lots more water.
Somehow I feel more alert, more awake. I think I'm getting more engergy. I think it's the snacks that I eat in between before and after lunch. Mainly fruits, apple, grapes..etc.
And I'm signing up in my hometown in a weight room where I could go in anytime in 24 hours to get a workout since it's hard for me to find time for it...but with the 24 hour weight room, I could go anytime which I will find it very very useful..
I'll be going on a trip to the Florida Key with my wife this week, Thursday, coming back next Thursday.
That's when I'll be starting the workouts!!!
