Viagra doesn't actually increase bloodflow. What it does is prevent Nitric Oxide from breaking down. Nitric Oxide doesn't lastlong once your body makes it. Anything that slows the breakdown will make getting erections easier and last longer.
Arginine and Yohimbe would be more what you are looking for.

U will excuse my ignorence. are Arginine and Yohimbe medications and if so do they increase circulation under the belley.
If they do, Are they recommendable to be associated to the excercies. Because if the success of the exercice is obviously linked to the good circulation, logically everything that helps circulation is a + for a better success??
Many thanks to who ever has answers to these questions. Skinny

Arginine is used by your body to make nitic oxide. There are also claims that taken on a regular basis it helps to clean out your blood vessels infact there is research that it's a better therapy then taking an "aspirin a day"
Yohimbe is a vasodilator (opening blood vessels) Be carefull on dosing with Yohimbe it can cause increase blood pressure, speed up your heart, and make you feel "wired"
Alot of the Viagra herbal substitutes include both of these.
I take both of them on a regular basis. I've been taking Arginine for about 2 1/2 months. I just started on Yohimbe about a week ago.
